Agreed 100% with you. If ended this initiative was coming from Rolex, they wouldn't said nothing, they will keep it for themselves no available to the public.. Gray Market are so desperate to get rid of all the inventory that they bought in a high prices.
Who knows what games are played behind the scenes? Who knows if it is genuine? ... why so many issues with the grey market are not addressed? Why when the production supposed to ramp up after covid, now has to be reduced...? As a Rolex aficionado I’m despaired and disgusted that I cannot buy a luxury item with my hard earned money, whenever I want.
Preach on. Respect for talking out against the tomfoolery going on.I didn’t think it was dealers making stuff up, I assumed it was a certain watch UA-camr in England that only does clickbait. Not getting much independent verification…
You should up load more videos...i always look forward to your uploads..would be interesting to hear how you're getting on with your Panerai..honeymoon period over? Any love for it now you have the Omega, & Sub divers...a three way comparison and thoughts would be great...cheers.
Interesting video for sure. Appreciate your approach and assessment here, candid and concise. You should change your dogs name to Subby or Rolly...LOL...
I’m waiting to see the prices on grey market early next year , I think prices will be held higher leading up to Christmas . Let’s see how it goes but I definitely won’t be buying now .
I spoke with two Rolex AD situated in the mid Europe two weeks ago and they said they are going to reduce costumers in order to make circle of people without taking any new costumer in the future.
I talked to my AD yesterday and they are not aware of it. It true it could be used as a good excuse to tell the clients that watches are hard to get atm. Paul Thorpe has a channel for Rolex sensational news but once in a while, he get one think right., but no more
@@damachine3 Hey you’re that frictitious prick who goes around comments sections boasting about his watch collection constantly. I’ve seen you around, we always have a giggle at your comments. Congrats! You’re a proper Smurf. 💪
I didn’t believe it neither , Rolex would never put out a letter of this sort , it just shows the level of depravity , and the desperation of current GMD . 😂.
Rolex have made people beg and behave subservient, A person will only stand for this for so long then they realise its a very weak trait. Once that’s happened, you change and therefore the Rolex brand will lose a lot more than they thought they had gained. Game over...

@@samuelburton5576 I don’t like Omega over Rolex, I own 4 Rolex no bubble burst. But look at so many people that dealt with Rolex before give up on the brand, and now this will make it worse. You can cater to the ultra rich for so long, they already been shifting to VC and even luxury Micro brands, and the middle class to Omega and Breitling. The letter is 100 percent fake. It's a flipper letter.
Let it be...............as long as we don't buy above AD Price...........never be wrong, never!

Thanks pal. To be honest I am considering changing my panerai 1033 to a 233. Always preferred it. Also really like the 111.

@@SteelmoonWatches Funny thing also, they told me that after picking my watch forget to get another one after 2-3 years.
Both of them....
your videos are allways interesting. thank you and further good luck with your great channel
Love your videos and your insight on watches, there’s no way Rolex would ever let outl a letter like that
This letter is comical. And youtubers with grey dealing buddies are all over this.
Good, well balanced view, I’m going out for AD event next week in association with Rolex. I will ask if they are aware of the letter 🤷🏼♂️
The first question regard authencity - has that been confirmed from trusted sources?
The desperation of creating this fake letter shows the watch market is DEAD 😂
Even Max the dog could smell the BS from that letter 😄
He was literally in shock for that video lol. Always bouncing around.
Typo in the letter: “Mailleures salutations” [instead of “meilleures”] and wrong spacing in his hyphenated first name.
Imagine all that effort and the numpty mistyped the name.
No doubt! it's a fake. At such level of management, typo does not exists!
I love Rolex for their quality and craftsmanship but dislike their scarcity game.
Agreed, on the letter and the functional dog haircut 🤣 Have a great weekend.

Max saw this coming from a mile away and he approves Michael’s message. Eros meat
Are all Rolex workers on half wages now? Or are Rolex paying people to stay home so they can save gas. Doesn't add up.

Well put, Eddie.
Rolex always ready to adapt and take advantage / make the best of any situation. !
Aaaaaand I just bought a new Seiko😂 I really can’t stand the current high end watch market right now.
Fully agreed, well said
Good point 👍
Me and Max think it Bs! 🤣
Love Max❤
Prices on the secondary market will increase, but interest in the people will decrease. Omega will take that Rolex spot pretty soon.
