Over the years the WWE 2K / WWE Games Roster has experienced some pretty massive changes. For the most part once a superstar is featured, more often than not they remain on the roster for multiple games, or at least pop in and out of the series making various appearances over time.
On the other side of things, there is those select few that have literally only appeared the one single time in video game form, and to then never to be seen again. This video takes a look at 10 of those - With this one being 10 Superstars That Only Appeared One Time In WWE Games!
Superstars that debuted in WWE 2K17 weren't considered for the video.

They most likely will. After July, the changes stay and anything that happens after July, doesn't get in the game. So say Kenny Omega was to debut at SummerSlam, he wouldn't be included in the game. He will be DLC, but not in the game.

Actually, those 3 are only available on PSP (PlayStation Portable) and also, Hardcore Holly is available on Nintendo DS but most of the characters in that game aren't on Nintendo DS.

I was very surprised that Mikey Whipwreck didn't return for 2K17, I really enjoyed playing as him.
Chris Benoit was suppose to be on Smackdown vs Raw 2008 :(
A Smith yeaah man... It's sad because wwe already had him in the game ready to go until that incident happened on June 24. Then Mr. McMahon called THQ to take everything away from SVR 2008 that had anything with Benoit in it and himself of course. And then that's where McMahon told THQ what had happened because they didn't know before and that's where they took him away from the game.
A Smith yeah that would've been so good... But I heard that if you make Chris Benoit now in wwe games that you'll get banned or something I made him in my wwe 2k17 game and they didn't do nothing so I doubt it'll be true.
A Smith that's what some people said though they said once they made Benoit in one of the games and they banned them for a month I believe but yeah you're right I downloaded Benoit on the caw website in wwe 2k17 and nothing happened they didn't banned me or anything.

No Maven was only in WWE Smackdown Shut Your Mouth...he was supposed to be on 2006 along with Kenzo Suzuki and Mr. America (Hulk Hogan) but they were cut from the final game. audio files of their introductions can still be found but they are not actually in the game...you can create Maven fairly easily though or on pc probably use mods lol
