Hi, my husband has the problem that the muscles in his whole body twitch after two weeks he played pickleball excessively every day four hours a day. He was not active until he started playing pickleball. He is not in pain but the twitching has been going on for a few months now. Do you know if the twitching will go away? Or what should he do or who should he see so it will go away. He got the Accupuncture and saw his family physician but no help. Thank you!
I have played and participated in many different sports and more than a few of them were full contact meaning the potential for severe injury is very likely. Playing pickle ball is something that is classified as paper cut surface scratch. Nonetheless there is high sources of nutrition that will offset minimize and reduce any of these injuries from ever occurring at the same time maximizing on preventing any type of damage becoming a complication. Personally to make this game more competitive for me I would have to were 10 pound wrist weights 20 pound ankle weights maybe 100 pound weighted vest.
Have you thought about recommending physical therapy? That’s how I’ve managed several over-use injuries…. And also, boy, in every one of these videos someone takes a hard fall! That would be my #1 biggest worry if I wanted to take up this sport….
I love that there are exercise options at the end of each potential injury discussion! Thank you for that! Very informative 👍
The background is too noisy. 😢
Cliff this was awesome! Thank you so much for providing this information. I am sure most of us pickleballers have one or more of these injuries.
Thanks for the info.
I don't see/hear how to prevent any of these injuries...
Thanks for informing
I have wrist pains at time on the pinky side. Am I the only one

Of course pickleball is way rougher on your body than other racquet sport
Where did you find these clumsy b-roll pickleballers? 😂
