I don't think they should be picking two winners for that reason as that's not fair. "Oh you are a pro-baker. As such we gotta pick another person too to level the field" That's not right. Everyone's got their own advantage but that doesn't mean they can pick two winners because of that advantage. I do hope they picked David too because his cake was THAT good. Personally, I don't feel it was as Christopher's looks more professional and am sure is more delicious.

There were some absolutely fantastic cakes from that selection; it's a shame only two could win. I think Line actually put together a VERY good looking cake, but Christopher and David were so far ahead of the pack that no one was in their league.

What would you all make? I've been thinking and (if I had the ability lol), I think I'd make a honey and rum cake, wet the layers with a mixture of milk, condensed milk and cinnamon, with caramelized pineapples+coconut filling and topped with piped italian meringue (torching the top). OR if they had the ingredients, I'd make a chocolate cake, wet with guaraná, make a brigadeiro and cupuaçu mousse filling, top with white+dark chocolate glaze and cupuaçu jam.
