Hi. Is it allowed to use a 2 side white board (writing on both the side) or only one side board is to be used? max size constraint?

Hi, no idea. Board should be small, but we are not aware of the exact specifications.

They allow religious headgear. Not sure if you can ask for a gender specific proctor. :)

Ikshaku Goswami yes. You have to show your passport or computer-issued national identity. You can check country-specific ID requirements from the ETS GRE website
