Chris I asked my lad , let's build a go-kart with the old pram wheels and pallets...he looked at me like I had 2 frekin heads...😂 no imagination these days kids
Britain's farm machinery, got mine from late 70's, early 80s. I have 2 MF 135, one red and one yellow, the industrial one. Brilliant toys. Who remembers 'Tin can ally'?
You know what's mad..I work all week with tools and on a weekend I sit in my workshop in my back garden having a beer watching you work ..I don't no why
Remember getting a Carrier landing toy as a kid for Christmas - you 'flew' a little plastic plane down a piece of string to 'land' it on a small plastic aircraft carrier !! No electronic games back then Happy Christmas to all Strugglers
Merry Crimbo Chris, yes Xmas was better in the 70s , my parents struggled to make it so ! G od bless them and any other person struggling through life ATB to u Birdy and lil leals x
Best present ever was back in 1983 Space Attack! is essential a kind of air hockey/Crossfire hybrid where the aim of the game is to defend your base from the spinning metal alien invader which is launched by each player in turn into the arena. Each player uses their plastic deflectors to keep the wayward alien at bay and send it towards their opponent’s base. It’s a lot of fun and is simple to play. It’s a definite nostalgia trip - especially on hearing the sound of the spinning invader - for those whose childhood memories resonate with this game.
My mate had the at-at it was massive ,I had the two legged scout walker ,i got the falcon one year ,and a snow speeder .it snowed at Christmas back then and remember doing the at-at and snowspeeder scene 😂👍
Bloody good vlog as always Chris, thank you very much buddy 🍻 Almost explosive content!! 💥🙈😜 I was born in 1985 Chris, so pretty close in age to you. I was a massive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan!! I had the turtle blimp, sewer, turtle van, shredders car, the mole & technodrome. Wish I’d of kept it all, probably be worth a fortune now, but better than that I could still play with it!! Corgi trucks, animated Batman toys, Batmobile, Wayne Manor, Batcave. Thunderbirds, Power Rangers, Walkie talkies, Scaletrix set, Etch-a-sketch, various 80’s & 90’s board games, go-cart, PlayStation (1st one) I’m with you Chris, our generation definitely had the best toys!!! Oh how I miss my childhood!! All the very best to you & all the family mate 🙏🤞
Almost had to find another channel to watch, just think of those people who would have to have gone around with buckets picking all your bits and pieces up and chasing your eyeballs down the road. As for Christmas pressies mine was a Hornby train set, brilliant.
I got a Tyco Bandit RC car when I was a kid. I couldn't sleep for a week before Christmas and a week after I got it. I built a trailer to pull behind it. I always wanted the millennium Falcon but never got it 😂 I had a rubber Hulk Hogan figure I liked. I laughed so hard at the MAP gas situation I knew what was coming as soon as you threw it on the floor lolol Glad it didn't blow
Got a toy jeep with a trailer and boat on it.... loved it. Another year i got a bike with pedal back brakes... loved that. Been to Smyths Toys here in Ireland and 90% of the stuff is pure shite 🙄👍🇮🇪

Ohh reminiscing! I remember getting a diabolo one year absolutely loved it Chris flinging it as high as I can on the wreck(slang for park/field) all me mates cacking their pants thinking it’s coming down on their head😂 I’m only a 90s kid but anyway, thinking back I fondly remember one year I got a fire engine all singing n dancing it was, bloody lights all over with a siren an microphone to talk though, massive extending ladders oh boy the amount of fun I had sacking vcr tapes up turning them into houses in me own little world, wow they was good old days, I’m only 33 but do I have some fond memories… never forget one year I got a plastic castle with drawbridge n cannons, well mums downstairs minding her own business I’m upstairs stacking teacandles in the towers making me own medieval fantasy come alive, next thing I remember my mum howling, throwing me castle in the bath n screaming the house down, I got an absolute pasting back of both me legs😂 but never forget unwrapping the saga mega drive an few years later the playstation was an amazing feeling, but I think the most fun toy I’ve had was a self-made Johnnygun used my mums thumb from her marigold gloves, cut a bottle up to leaving the threaded part on and abit of the bottle neck, using tape to secure the rubber thumb best I could, well the amount of trouble I caused with that was scary thinking back now, I was a naughty little shit come to think of it, but it was x5 more powerful then any BB gun, an you could shoot stones, bbs, marbles, even pennies!😅😅😅 but I’ve got two boys n a little girl now (oldest is 9) and the amount of technology they have to play with leaves no room for their imagination, it’s a real shame how the worlds gone really, my oldest would rather sit in playing Fortnite or roblox then climb a tree, an believe me I’ve tried, it’s just this modern generation growing up with all these gadgets forget how to have genuine fun, just he wants todo what all his mates are doing at school, sitting at home all playing online on the PlayStation5, my fault for buying it for him I know, but I’m not going to say no to what he asks for as a dad, because I put myself in his shoes and that’s why I try to give him whatever he wants as my mum did for me an my brothers n sisters growing up. And I’m sorry for the long post! Keep up the struggle Chris n doing what you do, you’re a genuine top bloke n lovely dad too!👍🏻 all my respect and merry Christmas & happy new year if you don’t post anymore before!
