- EMILY ELIZABETH DICKINSON
American poet (1830-1886)
Poem written circa: mid 1800s
This is the first of the video poems in this series to contain my original music as the starting point, with a voice perhaps a bit like Enya. I am very excited that the ai program can now train on my music and use it as a seed and as the primary start of building the music track.
POEM LYRICS:
A Book.
By Emily Elizabeth Dickinson
He ate and drank the precious words,
His spirit grew robust;
He knew no more that he was poor,
Nor that his frame was dust.
He danced along the dingy days,
And this bequest of wings
Was but a book. What liberty
A loosened spirit brings!

Enjoyed this one more than the other two I had a listen to. Elements of chant and folk that I could relate to more easily I think.
