So this is the OG Orleans that New Orleans is named after. Orleans seems like the most Parisian-looking city in France in terms of architecture, minus the crazy amount of tourists, and hustle and buzzle of the capital city. Honestly, if Paris is getting a bit too crowded and powerful, I could see the government moving the capital to Orleans.
Let’s be precise : New Orleans was named after Philippe II, Duke of Orléans, regent of France at that time. Of course his Duchy is linked to Orléans and its region.

Your video is really nice to watch. But I deeply regret you didn't do some more research. You really really oversimplify Joan's story. Among other things, she was not a poor peasant girl, when she met the king, well he wasn't yet a king, she faced trials twice, didn't become a national figure right away, neither did she become a saint just after her death. Also by filming so early you have some gorgeous pictures, but you couldn't enter Joan's museum, nor the Art museum. And you didn't mention the annual feast in May about Joan of Arc. There is also the Loire festival every two years. But again it was nice to see such pictures from that lovely city.
