- First run-through with the demo of Punchbox. Looking for underground/deep house sounds - those crusty, vinyl-like that we all love. Can this plugin deliver there? I think the answer is a firm 'Yes!'.

Can I do the same with kick 2?
That depends on what you mean by "the same".
Can you use filters, EQs, Limiters, BitCrushers etc. to manipulate a sample? Yes.
Will it be laid out the same? They never are.
I don't know if Kick2 uses Samples or Oscillating Tones. But if it's sample based, then the short answer to your question is Yes. It can produce identical sounds.
How you _get there_ will be up to you.
Punchbox is better than Kick2, by far IMO
How can you set the right key with.this ?
Jesus, why OVERcomplicate so much a simple kickdrum? With bazzism I create all sorts of kicks with half dozen sliders... And the only thing they need perhaps is some EQ in the mix...
Alright, good luck lost in the vortex of twisting 10000000 knobs and parameters in the hunt of the "perfect kickdrum"
