I think this tool can an awesome way for indie game devs to generate assets quickly for a low cost. Pros can also generate prototypes and then manually refine them more and more until they fit their purpose, or simply generate prototypes as a proof of concept to visualize and then based on the idea do their own work. 🤔
I am terrified I need to start learning something that will not be replace by AI and profitable enough to sustain myself. I have no idea what to learn!!
“Ai” isn’t some sentient technology that big tech sells it as. It’s a tool just like any other software. Technology progress isn’t completely linear and plateaus eventually. (Look at the CPU market)
The most "Promising" thing you can learn is to be a profesional in any field. AI is not self learning, it will take a lot more time till that day is. Doesnt matter which field if you become an expert lets say 5 years of hard work, Ai will need to learn from you. And another thing is that AI is not as big yet as most think. You are informed, Billions are not. Learn the Basics of the field you wanna go in then advance. Learn also about AI it will become common for Profesionals to use. And btw being a Beginner 1-2 years can be enough to make it Profitable. This is my Personal take and im confident that you can do it.
You got wrong who your audience is... Yet again, that's no surprise from a channel that has 300k yet only amounts to 7k views and 300 likes. Thank god I usubscribed
I don't see how tools like this will do anything positive, it dissuades people from learning how to actually make these assets as well as will eventually be taking away peoples jobs and their ability to earn a living doing what they love
So... either people will still have to learn how to model and rig because the AI isn't good enough, which means they either learn or pay someone. OR the AI becomes good enough that it does put people out of their jobs and people no longer need to learn how to model or rig. Which is it though? Kind of contradicting to state both.
Ai isn't really taking jobs right now. People who know how to utilize ai are the ones taking the jobs. It's a tool. Learn how to use it. Hop on the train or get hit by it!
@@broccoli_cheese very dump and stupid copy past. why some one who draws will get benefited from ai generated images? Or modeler get benefited from ai generated models why??
@@Pxilez3d do you think companies are going to care if you use concepts from ai and basically mimic them for yourself? No. They won't care as long as you're making $ for them. And that's just right now. A few years from now I'm sure most AI will just be able to recreate things and it will look human, so how will companies, or people like you and I even know if anything is AI created or not?
This INSPIRATION TUTORIALS dude should own at least 3 of 3d Oscars one for each year I know him, what the fuck, like every video is top ducking notch, all relevant as fuck, I love you ❤ good day sir
I work with 3d for 2 decades, and I just don't feel attracted to this. Ok, something to shortcut some creation process is fine, but basically, generating everything is very dull, in a short period of time people will disengage because of the similar results will come up, and this is already happening to generative AI content, IMO.
i would love it if these models would come with good topology. imagine a world where you can draw something, have ai enhance it acording to your prompt and art, and then have it generate a 3d model based on it. then you can refine the model and hopefully have ai retopo. it would free people to create what they imagine so much faster
The topology isn't amazing but it's plenty good enough for me to do *exactly* that with my own drawings. I do end up having to re-draw textures for the backs and sides pretty often though, but when I'm just making stuff for a little diorama that's only meant to be seen one way, that's fine.

Maybe useful if you're learning digital painting/modeling/retopo and need quick base meshes.
Tripo and Meshy have come a long way since they were first getting in the spotlight and it's kinda melting my brain
Good job on that jumpscare thumbnail..

Maybe finally start learning something instead of worrying?

You need to chill
Buy farm land and chickens
Tbh this is better looking, more accurate, and faster than Rodin model, and also with more free credits than Rodin that only 10! 🗿💀
This is probably gonna lower my job chances but I think it's a net positive so I'll just eat it up
Yes have to say it kicks meshy's ass big time !!!
This will be very helpful for that "one-man show" to get good detailed objects done.
Very helpfull tools

In interviews: I have full of AI generated arts in my portfolio. 😂companies welcome to teamAI😅
Tried it yeah this shit is insane. We will generate base meshes and drafts from tools like this in the future.
No IA

A.I is expensive to generate. Nothing is free for long. Open A.I is going bankcrupt for example.

Depends on the use case. If it is not good enough just remember: it is faster to retopo (trace it better) than to do it from scratch.
@@DocWolph true. However it would suck if the fun part (modeling and texturing) gets taken by ai and we are left doing the most mind numbing part.
This is not 3D models lmao, they are video files 😂, you can’t do anything with them.
