I needed help with the wall mount option... The first thing you did while lifting it out of the box violated their instructions, as you lifted it by the corner.
@cd2ogz1 It can be wall mounted, but it does not come with a wall mount in the box. Not sure if we'll have the opportunity to make a specific wall mounting video for this one as it will go on our sales floor into a spot that already has the mounting hardware in place, but if we do we'll be sure to upload it to our channel.
@coludonegro7460 We were able to clean stains off the screens with a microfiber cloth. Not sure if they changed the screen technology, but we didn't experience any staining when the screens were touched accidentally.
@@abtelectronics I noticed in a store that still had the Samsung s95b that if you touched the screen with your fingers the fingerprints were very visible, while on the Samsung s90c they were not so noticeable. I think there was some change in the display as even the blacks are not as affected by the brightness of a window or room lights on the Samsung s90c.
I'm undecided between the S90D and QN90D. The room isn't very bright, and I'm not a hard core gamer. I thought I was ordering the Neo-led, but had the Oled delivered. I'm wondering which would be better for me? Any thoughts?
@WeAre143 If you have a good camera you can take a picture of the pixels and zoom in to see their pattern. The one we opened was a 65" and it was QD OLED. We haven't opened a QN90D yet, but the S90D looked excellent, so it's still a great choice even if it was ordered by mistake.
Not true, in the UK it’s only the 65inch that is a QD OLED!! So it’s region specific. The way to tell is to look 👀 at the tv product code. The last 4 letters must be a different code to the 42 inch and the 48 inch versions of this tv. If they are then it is a QD OLED.
@poccophoto I don't know why they change things up region to region like that. I saw the UK version brings two remotes instead of one. I would've preferred the TV remote aswell here in the US since it makes it easier to go in to the sources and channels without having to go into a darn menu everytime. Why the different treatment?
@@abtelectronicsyes but how? Tryed to remove mine from a 55inches s90d and i’m too scared to damage it, there’s nothing on the guide. Also did you notice any bending on the screen? Loving my 77" s90d, I just noticed that I’ve never gotten a notification for screen optimization / Pixel refresh even though I have over 15 hours on it. Is this normal? I thought after 4 hours of use it’s supposed to go through a refresh cycle. Any ideas??
@victam7013 You can manually perform those through the TVs menu. If you go into General & Privacy there will be an option for Panel Care. You can turn Pixel Shift on and off through this menu. You can also perform a Pixel Refresh in this menu, but you only need to run this process if you notice image retention on the screen.
@YZERPLAN They're both very good for all of that. If you watch a lot of movies that utilize Dolby Vision, you may want to go with the C4 since it supports that format. If the majority of what you watch is HDR10+ then the Samsung would be a better choice. If you like movies, but you're not a huge movie buff, you likely won't notice much of a difference. Hi, Recently i buy the Samsung QE65S90D. How can i know 100% if the panel is QD technology? On the box is write: Model code: QE65S90DATXXH Type no: QE65S90DA Seens is made in Hungary. Can you tell me please somebody if my expensive TV have QD panel inside? Thanks!
99% sure it's an QD-OLED. Look at last four digits of the model number. All other S90D screen sizes end with the code EXX% ( where % is your region ). Now look at the S95 models which we know are QD-OLED, they all end in TXX%. I think it's the T that identifies it as having a QD-OLED here in the European market, so yes only the 65" is QD-OLED in the S90D range. Hope that helps

@mychoicetaken We performed this unboxing exactly as it says on the instructions included in the box. The 55 and 65 inch versions both require being laid down on a flat surface. The larger sizes are kept upright when you attach the pedestal. The only part that changes between the 65 inch (the model in the video) and the 55 inch is the way the TV is removed from the box. The 55 inch has perforations on the back that need to be torn down. On the 65 inch you lift the box off the top.
