Yes, Er. Hany, Always a Planning Engineer shall have a good relationship with the project team. To be frank not all the time the Construction team is so happy to see Planning Engineer since we ask all the updates. So a very good relationship is must. Even similar nationality, similar language will play a major role. However we can’t always expect to be people from same country or language. So good relationship is must irrespective of any criteria. Even No harm discussing productivity with Site Foremen and Technicians.

Have one doubt . How can I change the calendar for example : if i have to put every 2 nd Saturday off and 4th Thursday half day to all activities if there are more than 1000 activities
