Very clever. I appreciate the comparison of “rural loneliness” vs “urban loneliness.”
All mixed in with contemporary humor. Well done.

When I first discovered this channel, I thought this channel was all about things, situations, scenarios people imagine themselves in, when they are stoned. It relates to the fact that the very first video I saw of “22 minutes” was “How high are you?” and then watched the Interview while being high and ended up watching the video on Edibles. Now no matter what video I watch, the assumption that this is one of those stoned scenarios always kicks in. It just stuck. Can’t even think of any other context except the stoned approach.

I have noticed a trend in which people born in the MAritimes move to Alberta and now back to the Maritimes with more of a desk job offer and then after getting there instead next maybe being offered an apprenticeship in deep water welding if your daddy was a welder too. Your daddy or your grandpa was a welder and your mamma a water safety life saver while at the same time learning how to scuba dive? You there now survivor? Impressive how resilient you are young fella character while oft' striking out on your own in your next adventure around all the money and with fearless self-confidence too.

OK, I do click on the odd 22 Minutes clip, just hoping I will discover a second moment of semi-intelligent programming, paid for by us, the taxpayers of Canada.

Dude, they all started on the East Coast LONG before 22 minutes. They had a sketch comedy show out East for years before 22 minutes called Codco from 1988 to 1993. It's not a fake accent, it's a "they've been out of Newfoundland a long time" Newfie accent and lost some of it. So yeah, maybe it is "partially" put on, but they are legit East coasters 100%. I don't think they are all from Newfoundland either mind you, some of them are from NB, NS and PEI but they are all East coast, except for Shawn Majumder, obviously. But the older ones, all East Coast man and been doing East coast style comedy for decades. They can even imitate Acadians, tell me that's not East coast, lol. That's as French East coast as it gets.
