Animals as leaders - CAFO Polyphia - Champagne Rings of saturn - Parallel shift Born of osiris - Glorious day Aversions crown - Erebus Eskimo callboy - Is anyone up Shadow of intent - The catacombs
Jake Cottrell I haven’t watched it or listened to It yet but I’m excited af that I came across this comment. Jesse Cash is the shit. Listen to “invent, animate” if you haven’t. I’m sure you have but if not... anything by them is the shot. “Naturehold” is featuring Jesse and he produced that album. Good shit
Anything with Jason in it is crazy good! He is a big inspiration on guitar for me! Gotta love all them weedle woos and what have you. Check out his solo album shit if you haven't already its good stuff!! Check out The Plot In You- Die Like Your Brothers next or feel nothing Also that noise they do in the beginning is called a flutter its from the whammy bar being flicked real quick and the vibration causes the note to go crazy in case you were curious.
Hail The Sun - Doing the same thing and expecting different results. I think this song and band is right up your alley, especially since you enjoy Good Tiger so much
Glad you mentioned the drummer, Brandon Burkalter. He had since left the band to do his solo EP. You should React to his Emerald video. You will be astounded!! Best youngest drummer out there!! Cheers!!
I knew these guys for a while and I absolutely love their sound, it's so modern with a kind of artistic appearance. Each song employs very heavy technical harmonies and the riffs are always catchy. If you like this groovy stuff you should also react to Intervals - Moment Marauder. Their also an instrumental prog metal but this song features also fantastic clean vocals.
You're accent puts me in a trance. I'd imagine that's how my recent ancestors sounded. haha Fuckin hell man. You review the songs I wished higher subscribed accounts reviewed. That's exactly why I subbed to you.
to get that sound with the guitar all hes doing is flicking the whammy bar, its actually not that hard, but it makes an awesome sound, steve vai does it all the time in his music.
Used to be a huge Polyphia fan, until Brandon (drummer in that vid) left the band and there style of musoc has completely changed! Great musicians regardless, just not my thing anymore! This song is one of there "tamer" older songs, one of my faves! Fan from Australia, keep up the awesome reviews and bringing us new bands and songs to check out!
shadybrain3424 no, its not the same thing, arch echo is more like complex in all senses and jazzy stuff. But yeah, he should check them 4shure. I love his music
shadybrain3424 cuz once, i saw a coment of someone that says something like "Plini+Chon+Polyphia, etc=Arch Echo" and they respond with some of their influences, just that man xd Also what does it mean the last word u write? Im learning english so...
Email' s yeah thats the problem with genres sometimes it lumps too many band together. Nitpick means taking a small thing and making it a big deal, but i can see why you said what you said
Napoleon - Afterlife Aborted - termination redux And yeah, just went to the polyphia/contortionist/btbam show a little over a week ago. It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive
Well if you wanna try out what Polyphia sounds like now, then watch the video for their song "Goose". Also, Polyphia is touring the UK on an Intervals UK headliner. Also, Nick Johnston is gonna be on that tour as well. Nick is featured in a Polyphia song called "Champagne". If you plan on seeing them, then watch the Champagne video (they'll probably have Nick play his part since Polyphia loves to play the song live anyway). Since you're going to two shows in Manchester, The Intervals tour is going there on the 4th of November in Manchester at UK Rebellion. Here's a link to the tour dates, VIP, and GA tickets: www.intervalsmusic.net/. You should go to a show 'cause it's Polyphia's first time touring the UK/Europe. Have way too much fun if you go and you should let us know how you like Intervals (which is just Aaron Marshall. He likes to use the same drummer and bassist), Nick Johnston, and Polyphia.
