Not to brag, but just proud how the Mayor translate his idea of massive social service. The VIP ka program truly works in miracle for the people who comes with hope of mending their problems and finding solutions. And with the medical and financial assistance for those who needed it the most.
You should also ask them: 1. What is a criteria of a good leader? 2. Should there be a stronger information campaign of candidates before the election? 3. What do they think about politicians who win because of their name and fame? 4. Give 5 specific projects you want to finish before your term ends? 5. What are immediate changes you need for your city? 6. Is the local government fully in sync with the national government? 7. What are the structures and equipments that each city must have? 8. Are there documents or processses that can be taken out to make the lives of people easier? 9. Should parks, jails and parking areas be required by law to every LGU? 10. Should there be a crash course program for aspiring politicians?

I cant believe these people are normalizing an example of "Political Dynasty". The Alcalas has been a part of Lucena's politics. The people there are not all smart and wise in terms of selecting their local leaders. Talamak dyan ang vote buying (lowkey) kesyo nagbibigay sila ng benefits sa gantong card pero their agenda will remain as it is "Political power". Biruin nyo, Mayor na yung anak, Vice Mayor pa yung tatay? what's next Alcala?? your grandson???
My firsthand experience in Lucena was not the best. Sobrang traffic lagi, barado pa yung mga kanal, and many more. Their only concern is to beautify the City Hall and satisfy their pockets.
