Hi Abhishek, we do cover that in most videos. Here, we missed shooting for the same, human error ;) But it all looked well-built and clean despite a lot of construction going on inside the society.

Yes only 2-3 workers are working, with this speed pending work will take another 5 years, also phase 2 has also been delayed, please don't try to fool people , they will want to invest there hard earned money in a safer project, all the ATS greens project like LG and PR are stuck and it's better to stay away from them.

@ankit_singh2704 My sincere request to rethink. All projects you mentioned have history of delay and more importantly, there is no "Godrej" here. It's "Godrej" brand being constructed by HYPED ACE !! If you want feedback about construction quality of ACE, talk to owners of Ace Golfshire. Regarding Project Master Plan, Openness, Surroundings, Amenities, anyone can easily understand which is better here. I think you are mostly echoing the "DELAY", which is a USP of all projects now in Noida :) This project has come out of that delay period and become habitable. In Noida, "DELAY" actually means "STUCK INDEFINITELY" which is the case of many bankrupt builders now.

@@vishalchauhan2 nope it's stuck , 2 of my friends have purchased here and they say how difficult it is to resale as now everyone is aware of the delays and no-one wants to get there hands dirty with this project.

@@ashishasim well I have purchased in godrej Nest, and 2 of my friends have purchased in LG, so I also have a pretty hands on experience of what's happening with this project, I have seen them getting frustrated, few people who are living there are forced to live because they were paying rent elsewhere and had no other options. No common facilities, no club house or shopping complex have been built, if this message keeps a person away from this property and save them there hard earned money it will be all worth.

Actually, possession has started way before even when we went to shoot there. Families were also living there, we spoke to some of them.

Oh you are? We don’t know the nitty gritty of your possession story. Let’s tell you what happened with us. Diksha spoke with a few elderly people when she shot there. One senior lady was taking a walk in the park. She was a retired govt official from Jaipur. She’d shifted here recently because the son had bought a home here. Her son was watching from his flat, probably concerned who was his mother talking to :) Another uncle allowed us to shoot his actual flat, gave us sweets because he had just received the keys of his apartment then. Perhaps, you should check with some reliable people in real estate about the status of your home, Abhishek, wish you the best!
