Your pictures and vidio and the clarity of them are excellent, thank you for taking us along. Most of us would never see such beauty if it were not for you, again thank you.
Just so you know Bjarne,,
I always look forward to going to work with you.
Old loggers never die, they just watch your UA-cam channel.
Sure miss working in the woods,
Watching you work seems to make things a little better!
Stay safe & keep em level.
Ya goof, lol…KC from OR😁🙋🏼♂️👍
" ...but the good news is, we got Ice Cream in Camp now".
That's always good news! VERY good News! .... Enjoy.
tmillswangi@Canuck Love watching! As a Canadian from Vancouver now Living in Australia for 40 years it brings me much joy! Use to commercial fish out of Port Hardy now retired so each video is a trip down memory lane! Love the big trees & the helicopter views. Stay safe Canuck as your job is statistically one of the most dangerous in Canada! 🇨🇦 🍁😀😀❤️
I get over to Australia one day. Thanks for watching
Thank you for taking us along on your job. Outstanding views and your tricks of the trade.
Your videos are just fine. You are doing a great job.
Maybe do a time laps of clearing the small stuff if you have a big enough area. The small ones fall the same as the big ones. Still would be exciting to watch.
Ok next time I have a good spot I’ll do a timelapse 👍
Thank you.
thanks Bjarne always a good day on the hill with ya
Bjarne you inspired me to get my cagc slashing over here in Alberta. But one can dream!
Ice Cream, boy you guys are livin right! Be well.
Very nice !!!!
Bjarne, I love your Channel, You are my Favorite Tree Feller, What is the Difference Of A Tree that has 3 Yellow Bands around it , and A Tree that has Two Bands around it, Please let me know if you have time to Respond, Thank You, Cousin Figel
@ronnie5129 The yellow straps are put on by the engineers as they survey/walk/mark the cut block. The engineers could see defects in the tree which could cause it to break into small slabs when a faller cuts it down. So they strap it to help/hope it stays together in one piece. 3 straps = more defects than 2 straps.
Great Movie 🎥 today Bjarne
A little extra holding wood on that Hemlock 🌲 lol
Must have been a bastard wedging it over 🥵
Stay Safe ✊
Say Bjarne, I like your channel too.
Question!....have you ever seen any big bears or mountain lions where you are logging????
Yes I’ve seen bears and cougars. Mostly black bears. Sometimes I’ll see goats across the valley. I have a small pair of binoculars in my lunch bag for those clear sunny days
Hey, a semi barber chair. Awesome!!
Hey friends! Share this channel let’s get Bjarne 100k subs! Bless you all! 🫡
🙏 thanks for the endorsement 🤙
Apprentices give em some smarts in the chow line tonite ,stay safe professional
To be fair they didn’t have a stump to stand on when doing those straps.
Let's Fuggin Go!
I scream for Ice Cream
Keep beatin the snot outta the Power Wedges
I always liked falling sidehill because the tree drops away nicely from the stump, which is good, because it is more difficult to get far away from the stump on steep ground The downside being that your trees are often a good ways down the hill when you go to limb and buck. If they were sliding down the hill a bit I would usually fall a few, gas up, and clamber down to buck them up. You end up getting good exercise going up and down. Just don't run out of gas bucking because it sucks when the saw sputters and you go "Oh man, my damn gas jug is 150 feet up the hill. 🤣
Ya sometimes it’s better to fall several trees then go down and buck them. 🤙
Excellent falling Fella...hmmmm icecreamm.
I wonder if hes allowed to keep any burls for himself?
Yup. But finding ones with birds-eye is rare
I’m new to this channel, what state is this in?
West coast of Canada Somewhere around Vancouver island.
How do you stand all that dust in your face ???
Ya it’s annoying sometimes. Just part of the job🤷♂️
