The Shiprock Pinnacle is shouldn't be on this video. It's a sacred site and there is NO consensus for tourism there. The Navajo Tourism is just an exploitation of the Navajo culture and people. They are not even considerate of the Navajo people's rights and culture.

The Dine' are almost Orwellian in the language and wording they use when communicating with billagaana (their word for white people). This video tries and fails to walk a line between encouraging tourism, but strictly on terms set by the Dine'. Of course, this is their land and control of access is their right. Just be aware that if you are not Navajo and visit there, you will be made to feel like walking on eggshells you'll be so supervised. Chocolate Falls, featured in this, is CLOSED PERMANENTLY due to tourist trashing of the place. I love the Dine' and their land. They clearly do as well.
