Mitsuko Uchida has an interview in the NY Times. She says when she plays Mozart it's like little kids playing. On the other hand Schubert is very dream like. That's spot on. The sudden key changes and effortless melodic creation, really unbelievable.
Negative comments like "completely wrong" or "boring" are useless not to mention suspect unless backed up with a few examples of why they are judged so.

sorry guys, this piece belongs to Mr. Brendel. As much as I love Richter and Pollini I have always thought Richter was a bit heavy handed for some of Schubert's works; Pollini is a too fast in the opening piece resulting in a little unevenness in phrasing.
I also really like Sokolovs interpretation of the second piece. The clarity is just amazing! I wouldn't say it belongs to a certain pianist. Every interpretation is unique and different, that's creative freedom.
Using internet to demonstrate one's stupidity is never a good idea. Get a pair of ears and, while you're at it, get a brain. "Never learned to read music" - that's why he won the Chopin competition when he was 18 years old and is one of the most recorded artists of the modern era. Are you for real?
