Starting right now I'm going to treat all of my customers like million dollar customers. I will treat them as though they could purchase a million dollars worth of my product.
Great video... it's amazing that this approach is often neglected for the more instant gratifying "posture" of appearing arrogant or self-confident- I've learned that approach may work for some celebrities, but most sales professionals are not celebrities- LOL Thanks for the insight- loved the perspective :-)
