1 1/3 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
125g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Small carton Whipping cream
Chocolate icing
1 1/3 cups pure icing sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder

All these comments talking about how you can hear his breathing and wanting to know his weight.... so rude and SO disrespectful on SO MANY LEVELS!! Who cares!! Enjoy the video about the cake. Also for people critiquing the calories and saying it's diabetes in a cake; it's not like someone is gonna eat it by themselves OR eat it everyday, it's something to enjoy every now and then. This man is fantastic! I don't know why it has taken me so long to find these tutorials but I am so happy now! The kids and I are having so much fun looking through all these! As for all the negative comments on obesity and diabetes, well it's a birthday cake! So if you are intending on making a blasted birthday cake each and every day of your pathetic little lives then you have no reason to say anything negative! This man is brilliant, as are all other people that take time out of their lives to help or just simply make others happy! 1. Can I frost the top of the cake as well? Or is that a bad idea?
2. Can I put the cake mix into a smaller sized cake pan and follow the same instructions that you provided here?

It looks good but I'm not too sure about the taste. You could have avoided trimming (and wasting) by using a smaller pan first. And you should wash your hands.

hi i got a question for you .. if i already bake the cake and i put it in the fridge will the taste be different because i once bake a cake and when i put it in the fridge and take it out to cut and taste , the taste went horribly yuck it become too compact and the moist is gone .. please reply thank you :))
