- Slow mornings are one of my favourites! There’s nothing better than taking my time on a sunny spring day 🌼 .
Periods of idle have taught me to appreciate what is around me. Most importantly, it helped me see that there is much in life to appreciate by taking things slowly.

I don't like coffee or tea so I drink a delicious mug of hot chocolate in the morning. I can't drink it at night because the high sugar content just before bed gives me insomnia.
Imagine having a job that actually gave you the time to live like this. I wish i was rich.

I like waking up at dawn with the bird and greeting the day with a walk in the woods behind our cottage. You always have such incredible baked goods, baguette and pastries - yum! 😋While I have learned to love the meditative process of baking bread, I still often end up with simple rye or wholegrain, only sometimes baguette, soft pretzel, or pumpernickel.. seeing you enjoying your croissant inspires me to finally level up and master the art of buttery light puff pastry. Also love how green and cosy your home is 🥰
Listening to birds chirping in the morning is so relaxing! We have an incredible bakery nearby our home, so I have access to delicious treats and bread thanks to it . Good luck on baking your first croissants! Thank you for watching 💜
Taking things slow. Productivity is not something that starts at 4 AM or 5 AM. It's all about how effectively and peacefully we utilize the time we have, let it be early hours of 5 in the morning or late 3'o clock in the afternoon. Coffee is such an emotion to most of the people. Without coffee, the day doesn't start. Also, you have such cute plants. 😍

this! In my mind, If I don't wake up early... It feels like I'm losing time and I won't be able ro finish something 'meaningful'. So, I just end up forcing myself to get out of bed when my body isn't really ready for it and I just end up procrastinating because it gets very tiring quickly. But with this point of view, it helps me to take my time ❤ Thank you kind stranger 🫶🏼

I definitely need coffee in the morning, but only after I feed the kitties. I usually also have to wipe down the kitchen counter because "someone" likes to walk around on it at night.😸 I love your videos. I started watching your videos and they are truly gems, you capture such deeply beautiful images: colours, light, texture, sound … I am there with your adorable kittens, getting ready for the day, smelling and tasting the coffee … in a London apartment … far away from Victoria, Canada. I am excited for your future projects and I am sure you will make amazing movies!!! Oh, and can you tell me what kind of lamps you’d have in the living room? I just adore the glow they give!!!
Thank you so much, so kind of you to say 💛! The trick for the lamps is to use lightbulbs with a fairly low lumen and warm white glow. Then you can choose whatever style you like really 😊. I love paper lamps or glass ones as they can give a nice glow 🤩
Just been watching your videos after discovering your channel (sorry for many comments). I started a channel a month ago and find this so inspiring - you're so intentional with your shots and editing so they rly feel like short films. It's amazing how being creative when looking at the daily practices in our life can completely shift our perspective, as well as reminding other ppl about the simple, good things in life.
