- We continue in our verse by verse Bible study through the Book of Daniel on Sunday Mornings with Pastor Gino Geraci at Calvary South Denver in Littleton CO. This week we look at Daniel 10:10-21 in a sermon called "Daniel’s Divine Visitation."

I love your shirt! Do ya ever wear orange? I have no clue why I am asking you this! I just started watching this but I really enjoyed the one before this.
The one vision is not the same Being who lifted Daniel to his feet.
The first was the Lord. Confirmed in Revelation. Whos vision alone took his strength, showed him his own humaness "corruption" and whos voice alone caused him to drop onto a deep sleep with his face towards the ground. We cant assume Daniel entering a deep sleep would guarantee the two heavenly beings are the same.
1) The Lord came in a vision
2) deep sleep
3) the angel Gabriel "was sent"
This vision is not the same as the person who had an actual conversation with him. Angels are sent. The Lord does not need help of an angel. Messenger angels need help of Warring Angels. The first was the vision of the Lord v5, the latter Gabriel v10.
He doesnt say and behold his hand touches me, he said behold "an hand" touched me.
The being who lifted him to his feet was Gabriel. Gabriel is the one who used the epithet "greatly beloved" repeatedly when speaking to Daniel.
