This video is very helpful to me, thank you for making it. Im 61 and finally recovering from an old foot injury, and lately have been gradually getting back into jumping after about 8 months off. Even though I was sort of an intermediate, it helped me to go back to the beginning so I could work on cleaning up my form. I also discovered how important the warm up is. Thanks!
hey good sir.. I just started skipping and whenever I do skip my forearms feel this burning sensation my legs feel like they can keep going but my arms dont..what should i do?
If you are jump roping with your hands at your hips why do you measure it all the way up to your arm pits? Your rope is slamming off the ground seems way too long
