Kilman I’m afraid is not a good enough captain for the premier league
We need a good reserve goalkeeper, a good centre back or two and two good centre forwards added to this very good squad to challenge for the top ten
May I say they all have done extremely well this season and I congratulate all of their efforts as a team

I was watching in Spain on a Spanish channel that covers all Premier League games. As it came on the first close up it showed was You Magic and Sensation singing your heart out. Wasn't quick enough to take a photo but it was great to see

Let’s stay positive for these 7 reasons
1. We have Gary O’Neil
2. We will end at least 14th when most had Wolves relegated this season at the start of the season
3. We will be selling this summer ( I’m confident it will be 5 players Neto, Ait Nouri, Semedo, Jao Gomes and Jose Sa) but let’s remain optimistic that we can use the money to buy really good players like Brighton do at good prices !
4. Gary will get a pre- season next season and should make a difference.
5. we only dropped back the last 10 games cause Gary didn’t have the key players - too many were injured - and had no depth in the squad to replace them.
6. We have Dave and Magic to support the team along with thousands of genuine supporters ( look how the supporters were loyal and passionate despite losing 3-1 to Crystal Palace
7. Wolves have shown that they can beat Chelsea and Tottenham home and away and Man City at home so with the right players in and some depth and consistency Wolves can do well next season
Totally agree with all seven points plus I believe that the owners have realised how fast Wolves can slip when no squad depth so won’t make the same mistake next season and they already have transfer targets lined up 😊

No complaints. I predicted 14th at the start of the season given the issues that were faced. This squad has given everything it can given that quality wasn’t in abundance.
Well done to Gary O’Neil I think he’s done a brilliant job given the size of the squad and the injuries. An enormous pre season to come, it’s glaringly obvious that the rebuilding of the squad in both numbers and some additional quality is vital.

I am already worried about next season, the last six weeks we have witnessed relegation performances and results - if we do not strengthen the squad for next term, I fear the worst
I agree Russel, but it's not just about strengthening it's about the way we play needs to change to a more forward looking approach and quicker tempo.
Absolutely David, missing the speed of Neto going forward which makes the rest of the team break quicker. In recent performances, we have been playing out too slow from the back and making too many mistakes

Agree Russell, too many players not performing,Kilman, Hwang, Sarabia, and we play too much sideways, backwards in final third, you watch palace, when they broke it was quick, and at least 3 people, and look at them 8 games ago, couldn’t buy a point.🐺
Losing Dawson has been the catalyst for the downward spiral in results, it perfectly coincides with him being injured.
Kilman has done his best but he is not the leader we need at the back, he needs a Coady or Dawson to get the best from him.
Just hope the board back Gary and strengthen the squad or we can expect more of the same next season.

I believe Gary O Neil has to shoulder some of the blame for the last quarter of the season albeit his hands were tied by injuries.That said if there isn't a change going forward then it is easy to predict championship football will be on the horizon.
When I say change I primarily mean with the ownership who have absolutely no regard for the fans.
I may be wrong….🤔🤔 But I do feel that GON has played a very diplomatic game at getting the point across re depth of squad etc etc.
Unlike other managers before the toys never left the pram….observations were made…. and guess what his forecasts and concerns have come to fruition……
Perhaps not just a tactician as far as the game is concerned……🤔

Nuno, Lage, lopetegui,GON have all expressed concerns about the squad size and concerns with how this owner is running this club. 3/4 seasons now it’s been like this. We’ve flogged this dead horse for months now. It does not work with such weak squads! When are they going to take on board that this just isn’t acceptable. GON has been outstanding this season. Big question now is how they are going to asset strip this club and how many replacements that are first team ready will be bought in. I’ll leave you with this, we are 6 1st team squad ready players short without selling anyone! I’d say we are in for one very bumpy ride this summer. I for one will call everyone out if I hear “ trust the process “ this summer. We’ve trusted the process for 4 summers now and the wasted money and shocking recruitment ( Jan 2023) aside has been awful. It’s time to let fosun know this isn’t acceptable and they have to back this manager who’s performed a minor miracle this season. If they mess this one up I truly feel they will start to hear the rath that Sellars got at his last home game. Molineux can be a horrible place when the torch paper is lit!!!!

Palace have definitely improved. They deserved the win. Wolves tried to compete, but they have simply run out of steam.
I don't blame GON. If you don't have enough quality players to fill your bench, how can you compete for a full season? I'll be curious to see who stays and goes next season, and whether we can somehow find a proper striker.
I'm a big fan of Hwang, but I really wish he would learn how to bend his runs. He is offside almost _every_ attack! He takes himself out of the action, and spoils scoring opportunities for others. He very nearly blew Cunha's goal today by going too early. That said, I hope we keep him for next year. He's the closest thing we have to a striker right now. WIth the proper partner up front, and a little coaching, he could be a superstar.

Without Dawson working his socks off and organising what’s in front of him we look very poor .
You build from the back and he needs quality replacement defenders who don’t bloody ball watch and at least communicate !!
Many goals have come from giving away the ball soooo cheaply .
The midfield need to bust a gut when tracking back and sadly this is down to the manager .

Shambles of a performance, no idea, crap defending, players not doing there Job. Hwang was non existent, and GON substitutions were totally confusing. Dave they are on the beach, I’m surprised that Tommy Doyle wants to sign for us, we’ve not played well the last 2 months. Dave your comment was were safe, and still in the premiership, is exactly what Fosun think, as long as we stay in the premiership that’s all that matters. Gomez MOTM 3.5 performance.🐺

Can someone tell me why for every Crystal Palace corner , we have to have every player back? All we do is clear the ball , which goes straight back to the other Team . The defence was shocking , playing themselves into trouble. Palace got the ball and ran at us with us backing off.

One point to ponder: does the Wolves low goal scoring rate this season correlate with the lack of goals from outside the 18 yard box? Is that a reflection of the style of our strikers, confidence level, or by design directed from the coaching staff? Maybe all three? Putting the ball on target opens possibilities unrealized by too many short passes until the perfect opportunity presents itself. “Magic” said it best, “…too much mucking about in front of goal!” Say no more. We need to expand the goal scoring techniques to include more attempts from outside the box! PLEASE!

Jose Sa is possibly the best keeper in the league.

What an anticlimax after so much promise. Such a shame but with such a small squad, we are always open to this happening. We were very lucky with Nuno and not getting many injuries. I agree, Max is not a captain.. he's too quiet. It's Dawson for me next season. What could have been eh?

Teams have sussed us out. They now we will mess about at the back with a pedestrian tempo so they just need to press and we will gift them goals. It's got to change next season. For instance, what about a quick throw out from the keeper to get us moving forward.? Very frustrating but also very concerning for next season. We got away with it this season with that little run over Christmas but the last quarter has been relegation stuff.

a very poor finish to the season after the cup exit , Palace playing well and this has been the weakest premier league for years with the bottom 3 way off the mark most weeks , hopefully we can spend some money over the summer else we won't be far off that bottom 3 next season , well done Dave and team on all the vlogs this year , well received here in NZ

I hate to say I told you so but I predicted wolves 1-3 palace in the palace preview video. After watching palace beat man utd 4 the other night you could see this result coming. We huffed and puffed in the 2nd half but palace well and truly blew the house down. Last 11 games form we would be in the bottom 3. Bournemouth outclassed us palace done the same not a good end to the season plenty of empty seats is this a sign of whats to come fans realising not worth the watch in current form. really feel if we don't over haul this defence feel we could be close to relegation next season 2 Central defenders new keeper creative midfielder and couple of strikers honestly carnt see this happening. one point this season was close to European football but now playing like relegation fodder

Lost on game management, we were total pressed out of the game & they get numbers back in defence, we were the opposite totally outnumbered in defence & left holes everywhere. We need players that fit profiles in summer.

Absolute shambles, O'Neill said he wanted the players to enjoy their last two games, I'm sure they didn't and neither did the supporters. For 3 or 4 seasons we have been calling for a centre forward a target man and we still don't have one, I'm not sure if Neto will be sold he has a bad injury problem and if we do sell him it will be a reduced fee, Alt Nouri, Gomes will be of interest to other clubs I do hope they sell Hwang he is the laziest of players when Cunha had the ball and was going to cross Hwang was strolling around in midfield. Perhaps clubs will look at Cunha as well these are professional players and don't want a relegation fight every season
not sure if you noticed but just after we scored hang almost scored by running into the 6 yard box so did you forget that. great touch from their defender to just take it off his foot
Very poor, shambolic. All the usual sideways and backwards passing which just doesn't work. There are obvious and big problems with this team right now and it doesn't look like there will be a lot to spend. The only positive from this is we still have Gary and I have confidence in his ability to make them go forward.

@paulharris6570 Let me clarify my position, am I happy with our recent performances, most certainly NOT. But as mentioned previously you said Wolves would be bottom of the league by the beginning of November and GON would be gone! STRANGELY enough you went very quite until well into the new year when injuries and a paper thin squad took its toll! If you are truthful you never liked O Neil from the start and were not willing to give him a chance. Does he make mistakes, again most certainly he does what manager doesn’t. However I stand with Manny Singh, Dave, Jack and most of the overtime panel when they say GON should be given a new contract for the job that he has done with a side that most tipped for relegation including you! He should be backed with the players he wants and given his full pre season. Many did not like GON at the start of the season but at least those that didn’t have held their hands up to say they were wrong which takes guts!

Another disappointing performance overall with the lack of attacking options and defensive frailties starting to look worrying, which needs to be addressed in the summer. The ownership need back GON as we can’t go into next season with a thin squad like this.

if your going to spray the ball about in your own final third you need players with ability to do it ,we dont , how many times ive banged my head in frustration on why we try playing fancy football from the back when 99 % of the time lose or give possesion away,costing us dearly,oneail has to be responsible for this ,he must think its right for the team he puts out but the proofs in the results , 2 wins in 12 games is relagation football,thats a quarter of a season with a win rate of about 10%,were not going to have big money to spend next season and i think if oneil is in charge 5 games into next season with this type of football ,he will be sacked ,not good enough

@@WolvesFI we give the same type of goals away every single game , 1 win in 10 regardless of injuries etc is really dangerous , GON hasn't got the ability to iron the issues out, will tell you all now this team will be relegate next season , 10 games is a lot of games in premiership, any manager with this type of run deserves to be sacked, a lot of fans base their views on GON , on the assumption that we would be relegate this season so in thier minds 17 or above is an improvement, but only an improvement on their predictions not in terms of the wider picture and the reality, we have stayed up on winds against city, Chelsea, spurs , this only comes around once in a while, we even struggled against Luton and they had more injuries than us, GON in many fans minds is a good manager because we haven't been relegated , not good enough in my pinion.

@@paulharris6570 some valid points and then hes squad management whole season Hugo Bueno Santi Bueno Boubacar traore example didnt get barely any playing time, before GON was caught pants down and because Fosun wolves has so small squad and just 5 injuries hit, have no other option than start playing them aswell, would be prepare much better giving them playing time also earlier on season
