The rifle kind of looks like a martini Henry 577/.450 which is not a small caliber by any means but it is a really well known caliber you are talking about a 460gr ball round solids
It’s called the Gahendra rifle. Nepal asked Britain for arms, but they weren’t supplying them, so they made their own rifle which is basically the same thing as the Martini-Henry.
DD33 I think it's going to be good for you to see family and hang out with your family and friends. After having lost my son. I think family and the memories you share with them are more important than anything else. Especially a business that says they're a hunting simulator but when you bring up what's needs to be addressed. They say it's a game and not meant to be like real life. The Grandhare rifle is a Martini Henry it's a 577/450 round very unique it probably gonna be close to like the 45/70 so class 4-9 or 5-9
I would love to see a northwest trade gun it's a 62cal smoothbore flintlock you can shoot birdshot buckshot or one large round ball a great old gun that would cover all classes it can be balanced by limiting range of courses now you know that would be sweet 😊

Hi DD ! I am using the 6.5 to farm for Roosevelt Elk since I watched your latest video on that subject and it is much quieter so they don’t spook too far away and come back. Thing you can’t do with the 300 tactical…Still the 300 can drop them on the spot.Even with a double lung shot with the 6.5 i run pretty far away to retreave my elk. Will use it for thar too😊

That's why your the best DD. In NO state is a "Party Tag" legal. One person shoots a deer and someone else tags it 🙄. But it's REAL life, we do it every year. Now NOT with bucks, just doe and yearlings. Brown it's down - Fill the Freezer - No tag left behind, there are several names for it. At deer camp we all dog for each other and help each other, so everyone leaves with meat for their family. Now I really wish EW would move away from the current Great One system. Currently it's Mass Assembly Line Killing to generate a GO. Which is so UNETHICAL in real life hunting. Generating a GO should be Skill based, time put into the game, and set goal. For example: Once a person has achieved 5 Diamond Red Deer on a map, a GO is guaranteed next. (Yes very salty. 3 years of playing and ZERO great ones, because I refuse to mass assembly line kill, that's not close to real life like) Great channel DD and thanks for keeping it real. 🤘😎

Is penetration from these calibers and rifles in this game really realistic? seems questionable...
The updates have made it better. Old versions of the game the penetration model was pretty weird or even underpowered or overpowered until they got rebalanced in later updates. .223 is a lot better & actually semi realistic now, useabley & even effective.
