My one small claim that I can say I contributed to this community is that I’m the one who asked jaxy that question in the HM clip, when it happened live it felt like it immediately cut some of that tension surrounding HM and I’m so glad you clipped it and have been using it in videos for the past few months, I think it’s helped take a lot of edge off grinding discussions. I ❤Jaxy. Also finally awesome to see the lodge, been waiting for this video for awhile, awesome work crow!
I love these kinds of videos, it is what motivates me to continue playing even when I can barely stay awake after working. The short side is that I usually work before and after the sun is out, so it took me a whole work week to set up my first herd management for Red Deer on Te Awaroa based on your Great One before level 60 grind, but it finally paid off and I got my first Super Rare. It was a Melanistic red deer on another sleepless night, but I was able to grind a bit after seeing your last Great One before level 60 grind. What made it more important was that I was so tired that I didn't even realize it was a melanistic until I went to pick it up, but couldn't sleep the rest of the night because of how excited I was. That feeling of actually going for the heart shot when it was at the awkward 230m range, but it made the other thousands of kills worth it in the end. So in the end, thank you so much for making these grinds so much easier to "bear" with through your content alone for people in the same situation as me

I've learned alot from watching your videos, so thank you for that! I started my great one fallow grind a few weeks ago and after around 700 kills I got my first great one. After admiring it for half an hour, I went back to the grind and got a 2nd great one... 2 greats, 8 kills apart. Crazy!

Hey crow? Just wondering i started doing herd management awhile back, idk if it matters but do you recommend keep doing it or just shoot any male (dimonds+small males ect. )? I guess what im asking is,,, did you personally have more success with the great ones spawning sooner with herd management or with out herd management?

Hey crow I have said this in some other comments but idk if you have saw it. Have you ever thought on the g1 before level 60 series if you get him or a crazy rare you could create a multiplayer session and get him with your main account so it can be with all of the other crazy trophies you have got.
I wont do that just cause some people would see that as being wrong

Does HM actually increase the spawn rate of great ones. If so I have to start using it for my fallow grind
Not 100% confirmed but based on my own experience and what i have seen from the community it seems to affect great ones when you take it to an extreme state. Mild to moderate HM will not have as drastic results
while i’m chilling with my 1 diamond and 3 albinos

I have a question. How come the GO symbol is different for the Black Bear? It's pink instead of the goldish-green it is for the Whitetail, Fallow, Moose, and Red deer.
diff symbol cuz bear is a predator

I can get a diamond potential croc to spawn every cycle, which is about 10 kills, but they troll ridiculously often.

On the red deer grind it only took me 134 kills I was so lucky

Crazy lodge i have a minimum estimate 264 red deer im 1130 kills into the grind what do you think he will score?

276 is the biggest found but they could always get bigger as nobody knows true max scores for truracs animals

I'm 3600 kills into my fallow grind and it's a genuine struggle 😢. I could be doing moose but of course my Layton is broken or something

@jaxson9269 I had 800 for Red Deer #1 8000 for whitetail #1 1200 for whitetail #2 and on 10k plus for fallow #1 probably killed around 2000 moose aswell

I feel like people in CoTW don’t like technical players, people who enjoy learning how the game tics, community players are always chastising anyone who investigates and learns how the game works. Sometimes stuff happens that wasn’t intended like the weight exploit, but if the game works how its supposed to and I have learned about it during hundreds or thousands of hours of playing I don’t feel it’s wrong, but saying something like this will get me kicked from the discord server of the game
Thing is that this happens in every popular game at some point in its lifespan, the hardcore players will always find ways to discover how the game works
