Naawwww thank you so much 😊 🥹☺️ We tried some new things this video and pretty happy with how it turned out. As for what we get up to next… there will be plenty of beach activities 😂
We have certainly looked at getting a long range fuel tank… just need to actually get it done 😂 Appreciate the kind words too, hopefully going forward we can keep the content uploading consistently 👌🙏
Certainly makes a difference having a head wind across there! How much of a difference to your fuel economy do you think it made? We found it was around 5L per 100km difference. But that was only at around 30kmh head wind.
I live in Wyoming and there are lots of empty lonely roads here, plus in Kansas, and Utah. But the Nullarbor, just fascinates me. But I am a bicycle rider, since I cannot drive. Not sure I could carry enough food or water to do said road. So mind if I ride with you? ;)
Wyoming looks like an incredible place to live, such big open areas to explore! I'm sure plenty of people have crossed the Nullarbor on bike before, but I'd guess they would have a support crew with them. We could be your support crew and make sure you make it all the way across!
🤣🤣😂😂 We paid for the shirt two years ago with our own money haha. The station is roughly 2500kms north of Nullarbor. I just like the shirt and it's comfy :D
Thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed it 👍 As for the best time to cross the Nullarbor, that is a very hard question to answer as there are many variables and different experiences at different times of the year. We would say anytime between Autumn to Spring because in Summer it could get very hot in temperature. It also depends on where you want to go after crossing the Nullarbor or if that is your destination.

Unfortunately we don’t have an ensuite van, so we have a portable chemical toilet that we use. I can’t remember the brand of it but I can find out if you want 👌
You are filming yourselves more than anything else. You did have some landscape shots but they were not the feature. This will make for good memories for yourselves and close loved ones but no one else. Why not just save it for private home videos?
I’m quite enjoying the face to face things, pretty good information for those looking to take the leap :). It’s nice having some scenery shots in there, but that’s what every man and his lap dog does. Keep it up!
I thought it was going to be a video showing more of the crossing of the Nullarbor rather than an unrehearsed, amateurish narrative that doesn't really flow between the two of you; it came across as a bit fake. There was no scenery to speak of; seeing some of the road would have given viewers more of an idea of what it was like. It might be an idea to shoot the video and do a scripted voice-over rather than live comments, The videography was pretty good. I hope you take my comments as constructive and not intended to put you down in any way. The only way you will improve something is if someone offers constructive criticism. Good luck with your travels and future videos.

Have you crossed the Nullarbor before, or is it on your bucket list??
Loved your intro guys and such a great episode! Your drone footage is stunning and I can’t wait to see what else you guys get up to 🧡
Naawwww thank you so much 😊 🥹☺️

looove that intro guys!
Thank you so much, we thought we would try something a little different to our normal videos. Pretty happy with how it came out 🥰
Back in the 1960s, the road crossing the Nullarbor was dirt. Can you imagine driving it then?
It would have been an incredible journey back then! A lot more remote then what it is now that's for sure.
I've never been there. I would love to do it. Long-range fuel tanks are the best mods.
I love the content and look forward to your uploads, guys. 👍🍻

Because cliff camp. Pink slat lake is pretty too! Cant wait to do this ourselves.
Have you got a list of all the places you want to visit? It’s gotta be getting pretty long by now 😂
awesome video, we recently crossed the Nullarbor! really enjoyed it! subscribed :)
Thanks for the sub and welcome to the channel :D
The Nullarbor is really an incredible place, we love it.
Great video, we crossed the Nullarbor twice and both times had a head wind.
Certainly makes a difference having a head wind across there!

@@Explore_oz ours is pretty close to that 6 litres / 100k
All adds up unfortunately!@@brianmercer0113
Did you watch the end of our video and hear what it cost us in diesel? Sad time haha

Did you but the shirt or was it gifted to you as a " partnership " to promote the station stay?
🤣🤣😂😂

Great video! when is the best time of year to be crossing please?

What do you guys do for a dunny or is your van an ensuite van?

All good. Was curious. Thanks
Too easy, always happy to answer any questions 👍

Appreciate the feedback, we'll take it onboard.
Yeah we want to see what's around not all about your selves
@@Mick_4591 Cheers, thanks for the feedback 👌
