Hi Billy! Nice! But i prefer the swimming pool infront or on the side of the house and a natural amakan color varnish instead of orange varnish. The tiles color is also not my type. For this price, I would rather have a full concrete house. I like a house with gray/white motif with marble and aluminum accents😍 and a vlogger with perfect kilay!😁

Not sure you want your swimming pool infront unless it has a high wall. You don't want people passing by to see you swimming specially if you're wearing swimsuit. You want privacy. Most swimming pool are located at the back of the house.

Hi Billy, I just want to ask about the amakan walls. How strong are they against the storm? If there’s a lot of rainfall will it protect the house from getting wet? Kasi parang May nakikita na light coming from outside. If you have an AC going hindi ito ma cocontain kasi lalabas ang cool air.
I really love the design, I am having a farm house just waiting for my architect to finish the plan. I’m also building beach house next year when I get home.
I love this design, I might pick up some ideas from this house, this is so cool. Thanks for posting this, I always watch your vlogs, I think you’re doing great. It gives us inspiration to come home and build our own house and start farming again. Back to basics para hindi na mag gasto ng mg gulay kung pwede naman maitanim sa sariling bakod. Pinapaupahan niyo ba yung Amakan house na iyan? To be honest, pwedeng gawing private resort yan. Yung interior designing kasi ay Pang-Resort ang vibes at bonus na lang iyan yung Swimming Pool. Tapos yung sa shower area naman, sana lagay din kayo ng sabitan ng towel at lagayan ng mga sabon.
