I just need to remind myself & anyone who reads this that.. for Jesus our Lord : On Friday He was crucified till Early On Saturday He was in Hell delivering salvation to all good people of all generations (who died before him..from Adam till that date) .. Now his visible work has come to an end .. Now the rest of Saturday was calm & rest ( I need to thank you .. because it's the 1st time for me to realize that..) & that's why He celebrated the resurrection on Sunday. . So we should have 2 types of rest. Intermittent regular short rest as when Jesus was taking his diciples away from the crowd. .Or when Jesus was daily praying in peace out of noise to teach us the regular need to rest our souls. . & Celebrating long rest after completing the whole work.. like what you mentioned on Saturday & Sunday. .
