Yeah I wouldn't do fatalities and stuff unless it's the "bad guys" or if I was having a heated match with a friend. I'd honestly feel bad. They made the characters feel relatable and I like that.

The ending showed us his flawed teaching as it relates to teaching humility more so than his own character. Shujinko ended up in that ending because kung lao didn’t understand the importance of teaching certain things like humility, but i don’t think his own character personality caused the provlem
I like that Kung Lao and Raiden's dynamic is being the polar opposites of each other. Greatness vs simplicity. Confidence vs humility. They contrast and highlight each other's traits.
In mirror match, he's: *Fighting against Johnny Cage *Fighting against his ancestor, The Great Kung Lao *Fighting against Shang Tsung *Same guy from another timeline And the best part: *Getting drunk as heck from Madam Bo's Special Tea. I could imagine Raiden and Liu Kang just staring at him with confusion while Kung Lao was doing karate chops, fatal blows and fatality in thin air or on someone else when he's drunk.
Not nearly enough though, I do wish he was more like his original incarnation or how he was like in MKX. Kung LaonI suppored but even I am getting annoyed by his ego at least Johnny makes it very entertaining

He’ll do things that are required to save lives ALWAYS. That’s his only flaw to me. Also he’s too humble and too nice. This kung Lao is far from insufferable he just confident and he got some humbleness to him but Johnny as much love his character he’s definitely both confident and insufferable
They need Bi-Han to be even more of a dick because otherwise he seems less messed up for whatever he did to whoever happens to be Scorpion or Kuai Liang. Ed Boon still cries over how the man who killed his favorite character got his own game and was given nuance in that game while Scorpion got nothing when John Tobias was still around.
They didn't seem to change anyone besides maybe Tanya and also maybe Bi-Han. Even certain changes to to kharacters, you could so they still have the remaining aspects.

So, if Liu Kang dies in MK2 without having an heir, im pissed. Give that man an offspring who is a badass. Specifically female cuz we got enough badass male characters, we need atleast one more badass female character thats specifically Liu Kangs heir, id even accept them being a kid or teen. Everybody except Liu Kang has a offspring fr. Liu Kang is my favorite fictional character of all time because he’d do what he needs to do to save people. He’s the perfect hero. If Liu Kang was in Arkham, Arkham would be cleansed fully within a few months. My most controversial take about Liu Kang is this, I can always predict what he’ll do because he’s too pure. He’ll do things that are required to save lives ALWAYS. That’s his only flaw to me. Also he’s too humble and too nice. It irritates me when I see how he tolerates being disrespected and looked down upon.

They literally changed everyone's personalities besides him and Bi-han. It's weird.
They need Bi-Han to be even more of a dick because otherwise he seems less messed up for whatever he did to whoever happens to be Scorpion or Kuai Liang. Ed Boon still cries over how the man who killed his favorite character got his own game and was given nuance in that game while Scorpion got nothing when John Tobias was still around.
They didn't seem to change anyone besides maybe Tanya and also maybe Bi-Han. Even certain changes to to kharacters, you could so they still have the remaining aspects.
