It seems that JP voice does canon stuff. For example JP VA for Paimon and Rozaliya is the same and that's used as a joke in the collab story. Also in Genshin the paralels of the characters have the same JP VAs. Unknwon God and God Kiana, Raiden Mei and Raiden Shogun, Yae Sakura and Yae Miko and it's like that. For other languages it's just whoever so pay attention to the JP ones. It's more rewarding.
