Morning Sickness is definitely one of my favourite trails ever! I was lucky enough to have an epic day with hero dirt in October of 2020 at Nelson's North Shore riding area.
Morning Sickness is a black trail that has a ton of awesome rock rolls as it winds its way through a cut block. As it gets down into the trees again it becomes a bit more technical with some pretty gnarly rock sections! There are no ride arounds for the rock rolls so be ready to commit!
