MCQ Company liquidator may summon meetings of the creditors or contributories
Company liquidator shall summon such meetings all such time as the creditors or contributory may direct by resolution or not less than 1/10th in value of the creditors or contributories request in writing
Any person aggrieved by any act or decision of company liquidator may apply to the tribunal.
21:21 Section 294: Audit of CL’s Accounts
1. Company liquidator shall maintain proper and regular books of accounts
2. Company liquidator shall present to the Tribunal accounts in duplicate at such times but not less than twice in each year.
3. Tribunal shall cause accounts to be audited
4. When accounts of the company have been audited, 1 copy shall be filed by the company liquidator with Tribunal
and other copy shall be delivered to ROC which shall be open for inspection by any creditors, contributory or interested persons.
5. If the above accounts related to government company
the company liquidator shall forward or copy to
Central Government if central government is a member of government company
to any state government if state government is a member of government company
to Central and any state government if both governments are the member of government company.
