Then Faker decided to redefine Azir by scooping out enemies from under their tower to fight, which just shocked the casters and the fans the first time he did it. Faker's Azir and Easyhoon's Azir is 2 different Azir. Easyhoon play Azir as a DPS, staying backline and deal damage. Faker's Azir is a playmaker, he alway finds ways to sneak behind enemy team and scoop their carry back. And he's so good at it just made it way better than Easyhoon
Watched games live in Seoul, and the azir quadra caught everyone off guard, people were watching t1 getting chased down and suddently gen G got wiped. Some korean dude sitting a row in front of me litearlly turned around looked at me and did the scream painting. Crazy moment
The craziest part is, There is actually a scenario in Faker's opening that could've been a penta. If he focused on hitting Corki, Keria fronted Corki dmg AND let the soldiers hit the other guys, penta was on sight
Faker alone proves there's no such thing as counters, just good and bad players. I still remember his Lulu vs Ziggs, he won, and then in the next game, he was Ziggs vs Lulu, and he still won. From that I realised, "counter" is just a loser's excuse.
