Just a speculation : I have been feeling this from 19th June ( day of declaration of cancellation) that our exam was indeed conducted just to lay a trap and find the culprits sitting in NTA. Remember carbon copy wasn't given. Even while declaring exam cancellation they mentioned Dark Net not any Telegram screenshot because the proof of any paper leak on darknet is obviously not in public ( Works for their plans) Our exam was scrapped just a day after conducting and Govt usually doesn't take impulsive decisions, it could be pre-planned. Our exam was probably either pre-planned to Reconduct or the Re-net news was declared to keep the culprits in loss. Maybe to blackmail them also because now it seems like there has been some internal agreements. High level corruption might have happened. Moreover NTA is overburdened to conduct exams. I don't think NTA or Ministry of education would honestly be so concerned about UGC NET paperleak because they also know that 100% transperancy is impossible and Leaks have happened before also. So shouldn't be surprised if they just declare the results now because our exam had never been fair. This is just a speculation
