For GMs with Strand surge, yeah. Although I'd sub out Weaver's Call for the Wanderer. Remember however that someone else's build is not always guaranteed to work for another. Try to tune builds around your playstyle
Thanks! The glaive acts as an insurance policy in case I make a reckless decision. This is bc glaive block give 97.5% DR which is almost no damage taken depending on the blocked attack. Because of that, I can regen health while blocking to save myself from a wipe.
It's a combination of a lot of things. Thread of Generation drives getting a majority of my grenade energy w/ the grenade kickstart being a small help (~13% w/o any charge). Because the AoE Suspending blast from Weaver's Trance counts as grenade damage I can proc Bolstering Detonation and Momentum Transfer extremely easily and often, giving me 20% of my rift and melee every 7 secs theoretically. Thread of mind give around 25-50% rift energy on suspended enemy kill, and the class ability kickstart, similar to the grenade kickstart, helps too so why not feed both my melee and grenade energy with Bomber and Outreach (20% for Warlocks) lol. Sometimes if I feel I don't need Thread of Warding for Woven Mail, I use Thread of Fury for even more ability Regen lmao

How can Momentum Transfer work with this build? You aren't causing damage with your grenades, right?
Funnily enough, the AoE suspend blast from Weaver's Trance counts as grenade damage which is why it procs Momentum Transfer
