Superb! I was just looking up K1 stuff and had no idea the infamous chord sting in it was from a K1 - just picked up a K1R for 60 quid or thereabouts so excited to play with it when in finally arrives!
So well played, this is awesome!
Thank you! 😊
Good cover like the sound of the TR 09 very good emulation of the 909
OH MAN YES! I love your stuff, so that is where the pad comes from! The K1!
Thanks! Yes its even a preset! iC-8 Arrangement
@@NickHabermehl Awesome!
Yes yes ‼️ Great cover one of my all time favorites also 👍
Brilliant, great cover
I believe for the speak and spell bit they used the UK version of the device, which sounds slightly different. Useless fact of the day for you there. Great cover of a banging tune
You are right, they did! I just used the other version to be a little different 🙂 thanks!
Happy new year, Well done i love it. You just got a new supporter ;)
Thanks Carl! Happy new year to you too!
@@NickHabermehl I want to buy a k1 just to do the lfo intro 😁🎹👍
Wow so cool. Love it!!!
Thank you kindly!
@@NickHabermehl No probs dude!
Hey Nick what's the patch name for the Kawai K1 dude?
@@TheBroDotTV iC-8 Arrangement
@@TheBroDotTV chords are Dm and C iirc
BRAVO!
Thank you!
Good remake, but I miss the "zapp" sound. Don't know if I can mention it here; Nils Schneider made a new Kawai K1 emulation, which has the "Arrangement" patch. Great instead of buying a real K1, so pleasse donate to the guy!
Yeah I forgot the Zapp sound. I have that plug-in also but I got the K1 pretty cheap so why not 🙂
@@NickHabermehl yeah I got my K1 cheaper then the plugin :D *win*
Nice work!
Thanks!
great work
Well done!
Thanks Peter!
Wait?? So the K1 wasn't actually played? I always thought the chords were played. But it appears you just held them down, and the sound came out as a chord progression.
Thanks! ❤🎉
What do you mean? Everything you hear is played and the intro chords are from the K1 (preset i-C-8).
@@NickHabermehl ohhh i meant that I always thought the K1 sound that i heard in the LFO track, was played live. But now that i see on your video, that it's actually a patch. And that patch on the K1 has the movement already built in to it. 👍 I never knew that! crazy.
Nice cover.... is that spacey chord sound just a straight preset on the k1?
Yes! It’s a preset. Preset i-C Arrangement
Acid Synth lead not the same
Mate that is done on an entire different synth. It’s cover, why don’t u do it better then? 😅
Pretty good cover tho come on dude!
@@NickHabermehl So what, u can't take a bit of criticism then or you like it when everyone agrees with you?.
@@tambian9130 You can criticise me all you want I don't care. I just find it funny somebody takes the effort to comment on something while never have posted anything. If it was constructive criticism that would have been better then moaning about me using a different synth for a lead sound. Besides that i'm not angry or anything, didn't you see the Emoji!
@Eron that was done originally on a 1980 Jen Elletronica SX-1000 mono synth
