    Girl yes caloric surplus and lifting heavy will grow your booty! Honestly those bands don’t do much stick to weights and a good workout plan with progressive overload . My booty has grown so much when I started doing this ! You got this girly 🫶🏼

      Bands are great for activation! I use them before I lift heavy and it gets my glutes burning!

    yess girl!! just a tip when you do hip thrust and thrust your hips upwards DON’T look up. keep your chin tucked to your chest. you don’t want to strain your neck/back

    Eat something light in the mornings after you workout , like a smoothie or something don’t wait until 3pm to eat , but this definitely got me motivated to start working out again ❤️❤️❤️ keep pushing , you already started don’t give up!

    yes girl exactly what alex said can happen , in two weeks i grew alot ! i work with a trainer and its same all i do is eat and eat lol it is overwhelming but consistent in the gym , you got this !! dont give up ! :)

    Honestly you were at the top already girl at this point don’t even stop. & I’m telling you this from experience I weigh 92 and I been trying to gain weight I be doing the gym for months or weeks then give up because my depression gets the best of me so I believe in you girl you could do it keep pushing yourself lots of love ❤

    Just a tip you need food to fuel your body for your workouts! Eating in a surplus and doing the right workouts for glutes will do you good also you dont want to train legs one day then the next again you need to give them a break and back workouts are great at giving the illusion of a smaller waist! Some good workouts for glutes would be rdls, hip thrust, bulgarians step ups , sumo squats the bands arent really that effective

    Hey gf I usually workout myself at home and I did my own little research on the after pain of workouts I resd that you are supposed to stretch before working out so you don't get as sore. Since your muscles aren't used to you working out they go through a process called "breakage" so the muscles start to form slowly as you progress !!

    You can watch a million workout videos a million women with the body you want that's not what's going to motivate you honestly the only way is to push yourself even when you don't want to and it doesn't have to be everyday for hours and it's not about getting the body you want FAST! It takes time so don't give up!

    When your working out exspecially up to 5 times a week or more you HAVE to eat pretty much all day to keep you fueled. My trainer said 3 small portioned meals and snacking up to 6 times a day in between those meals. Stay hydrated all day! Most people have a misconception of not eating a lot. That's not good for your digestive system. Your supposed to try not to eat past 5:30 that way by the time you go to sleep your food is properly digested. Your metabolism we start functioning faster which is why your waking up hungry in the morning. If that's one thing I can say and give advice on is EAT ❤ and rest! It's also every important. Everyone gets pumped in the beginning, but if you aren't doing the necessary things your gonna burn yourself out. You have to refrain from being to hard on yourself and looking at other people's progress, we all have different body types and whst works for one may not work for another and thats okay! We look at ourselves everyday, we don't notice changes right away, when I reality the change is there just not dramatically like we want or expect. Keep it up girl! It's a hard journey! But once you get there mentally it will become a lifestyle not something you feel like you have to be motivated to always have to do ❤ I'm also still on my journey to ❤

    Hi Jehiely love you guys so much ! There was something that’s in my opinion one of the most important things but I’m not sure if the video was just meant for an experiment or an idea for just a UA-cam video but don’t ever workout your glutes when there already sore they WILL NOT grow and that’s goes for any muscle if your working out your glutes back to back for workouts that they are already sore from if anything you need to wait until there not sore anymore and then train them again and you can also do your research on it but your not supposed to train a muscle that’s already sore when it’s sore!

    More protein = more gains
    More carbs = more energy
    You can gain muscles and lose fat at the same time! it's called body recomposition.
    Creatine is a great supplement, our muscles already produce it but more of it will help with your muscle growth, endurance, strength, and mass. But you have to make sure you're drinking enough water when you are taking it. I always take it right before or right after my workout.
    You're doing great girl and if you stay on top of it I promise you'll see progress.

    I go by a calculation to know how much protein for glute growth.
    goal weight x 12 for calories a day and
    Goal weight x .6 for protein

    You get your energy from the food you eat. Alex is 100% correct. Eat, workout, drink water and eat again!! Itll fall in the right places if you maintain the workouts while eating. You are not malnourished

    It's not good to work out the same muscles everyday, it can fck up your muscles. Rest time is just as important as work out time. Stay motivated though!
