- We were riding up Teide with some friends, when Roglic, and another Slovenian cyclist came past us. I thought maybe try to go with them, and see how far we go. Asked if it ok, and the rest is on the video.
The last part to the parking lot is not on video, we just took a picture up top.

Még egy kérdés! Mivel tetted fel az adatokat a videóra? A Virb és a DashVare-ben már nem működik a térképszinkron.
Korábban én is virb-et használtam, de ahogy mondod nem működik a térképes része. Dashware-el (1.9.1) nekem nem volt ilyen gondom, igaz egy vaktérképen mutatja csak a pálya vonalát és úgy kell pozícionálni, de működött. Először mindig egy kanyarhoz "pozícionálok", utána pedig megállás, vagy nem tekerés alapján pedálfordulatból lehet finomítani a szinkronon, a kis nyilacskákkal.

What app you use for telemetry?
Dashware (1.9.1), a bit old looking at first, but it has lot of funtions, and options, to fully costumize everything, create costum gauges, etc. Since Virb edit doesnt work anymore, and I dont want to pay for the Telemetry Overlay software, it is a good alternative. Syncing the video with the gpx file is not too easy, but doable. The only downside is that it has not a lot of video editing tools.

Thank's. The traffic was not that huge, so probably on this part it was not so bad. But in the end, when the other guy left, and we went to the parking lot side by side, some cars and a bus stuck behind us, and he was aware, so asked me to go forward, to let the cars past.
It's not the cyclists they hate, it's themselves they hate wishing they where fit , healthy and strong too so instead are hateful, nasty and bitchy .....

Don't know whats so funny about that, but with an ftp of 280W, as a hobby cyclist (no racing, or coach), doing 4W/kg on the end of a 3hr climb, i think its totally ok.
Heart rate is a very individual thing. You should learn about training 😂 What an ignorant comment 😂😂😂
Elevation - Teide is 12,000 ft. Heart rate goes up, power goes down.
