- In this episode of Walk the talk with actor Aamir Khan, we are transported to his world of movies and hard work and how his attitude of "never compromise on your dream" made him what he is today. He speaks fondly of his wife, Kiran Rao who brought so much of peace and happiness to his life and he thinks that he is lucky to have her in his life. He talks about his early years and why he decided to one film at a time. His says his style is "no style" as he doesn't want to do the same role twice, he is always looking for a change.

Was excited listening to Aamir being interviewed for a change, since I have watched a lot of Satyamev Jayate episodes where Aamir was the host.

I saw all three khans interview, Salman then shah rukh and now Aamir. Aamir talked about acting and his growth over the years and how he came to choose his projects vs ones actions and its impact to his life. Lastly ones arrogance since the start and his ability to correct the phonetics of cursing.

Aamir khan and Shahrukh Khan success lies in choosing the script and they don't care about the directors if they are big or not. It happens between Shahrukh and Subhash ghai. He asks for the script for Trimurti even though Shahrukh was new at that time.

With the popularity comes Responsibility, therefore AK has to be very vigilant as to what he utters in the public be it off or on the record. H e has been trying of late alot though.Once after few mega hits movies, he got mentally upset with something around him..and said: lets leave India....you know what happened then..so, the crux of the matter is: When you are a celebrity or Public product then better be careful and our viewers yet not mature enough to understand others/stars feelings unless they themselves are in the shoes!

if someone feels some thing went wrong lodge complaint in police station.....you dont lodge complaint and shout in public and media...that means seriously wrong with you not the country.....if something is intolerant lodge complaint with specfics .....our constitution supports that...and constitution will find the root cause is fixed....but all this people shout in public and media create panic...but never act according to consitution and lodge complaint....

For the good 15 years Mr AK had been engaged working on the same types of movies before moving to Method acting, just now he said in the above clip that he wants to work different every time in a different role, this is not true at least from 1986 to 2002...anyways, he should use his words wisely.... for lots of public like him and then very few dislike him and they ll get after him
Hi Ashly, I find your comment very interesting and on the one hand I believe you're right; it is something I've been thinking on lately, not only about Aamir Khan but also about people I know and that I see everyday. On the other hand I suppose that when we talk about ourselves it is difficult to be completely coherent to everything we've done and we've been in life. Probably we tend to focus more on some aspects that affect us in this particular moment and that we feel strongly right now. This means for me, that each one of us is the result of a long personal evolution in which our personality emerges more and more until eventually we are actually able to live what we are.
