Also, their color tone is usually not similar to this Netflix one. Karikku videos have good English subtitles which should help you out well. Karikku started like Filtercopy, but grew to an entirely different range of videos. Currently, among Indian UA-camrs, Karikku Team stands out as they are mostly focused on elaborative creative contents than usual UA-cam videos which focuses on a particular title(like: wife vs husband, student life, etc) So please give it a try. Their subtitles are pretty good, which can break the language barrier to a great extent.
