You know what I do that seems to help for my hair, I apply my leave in immediately after I finish washing and deep conditioning my hair in the shower, (while I’m still in the shower)that warm water helps it get into my hair and moisturize it and then I wait a lil to where my hair is damp and then style. It works wonders forever for me.
I started adding my leave in while my hair is soaking wer too. It helped a lot. My hair was smoother and easier to manage when styling.

I used the leave in and the gel and the next day my hair was frizzy and looked like day 4 or 5 hair. I live in Louisiana where it is hot🔥 and very humid. I noticed glycerin is the second ingredient which doesn't work well with humidity. My hair also felt like it didn't have much moisture left by day 3.

I wasn’t sure about the line at first but after some experimenting, using the leave-in in the shower seems to work best for me. It absorbs way better. I like the butter for twists though

This line did NOTHING for my hair. I’m still waiting for the leave-in to do something to it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The gel didn’t do anything - I just love their packaging. That’s it. Send me back to my pomegranate honey line.

Are you talking about the honey and pomegranate line? The curling custard was amazing but it left me with so much flakes!
i searched high and low for the smoothie from the pomegranate line for weeks and was so excited to try it...so many flakes :| as if i hadn't washed my hair in weeks and kept piling on products
I think I bought the pomegranate line because of you. I love the leave in, because it has so much slip, and smells great. The rest of the line just wasn’t it. So as much as I want to try this one, I think I’ll have to pass (I might try it anyways). Your results looked nice to me though. I like it

Sis! I just posted my review for this yesterday lol. But the gold of this line is the overnight conditioner and hair butter! That hair butter is the business. Try it out on a twistout.
I do agree that the leave in is eh. The gel is nice and I like the texture of it but it is definitely a light to medium hold. The hold wears of pretty quickly. The moisture is A1. So winter use will be GREAT.

I really liked the gel on my twist out it's very moisturizing. It feels weird at frist but I iiked it. Your 💇 is cute. Also I tried a wash n go by watching your video with the guy from u tube and my son said thank you. It came out 💣 your technique are awesome and it helped me to a good job thank you again.❤💜

I used the leave-in while I was still in the shower; it absorbed really nicely and my hair was very moisturized. That gel? Ya, feather-light hold. The next day I had to put my hair in a puff. I do really love the texture of the gel though; it's so smooth and the products are moisturizing as they claim to be, but the gel just didn't last for me

The shingle method is now apart of my wash and go routine and my hair came out bomb 👏🏾your hair still had a nice bounce and body to it but the products didn’t do much justice for your hair maybe try using them for a twist out or braid out

I LOVE the Pomegranate leave-in too. But I Loved this line, it gave me the best wash n go. I'm on day 3 and my curls are still popping! I learned with the Pomegranate leave-in to dilute with water. That's what I did with this one too! No flakes! I loved the Pomegranate gel but it flakes in my hair so I use it for slick backs!. Yes, you do need a lot of this gel lol
Also, at first I diffused and it caused frizz so the next day I did it over and let it air dry and did not touch it except for a few fluffs. No crunch and super defined. I will try this with the Pomegranate leave-in. My hair is 4b/4c.

Girl I hated this collection of products lol. I bought it all and I’m still mad. Now a gel that is BOMB for our cottony hair texture is that new Aunt Jackie’s Ice Curls Grapeseed Gel. That’s the business! I already bought 2!
Quick question. Have you tried the aunt Jackie’s flaxseed gel? What’s the difference between that and the grape seed one?
Gillian Hamilton The hold is very similar but the Flaxseed one is more of a gummy/slimy consistency, where as the Grapeseed one is a true gel but has great slip. I personally like the Grapeseed one more.
blizzlenizzle yeah when I used the flaxseed one it felt watery and like there was nothing on my hair. I used it twice and gave up on it. How many days did you get out of it

Gillian Hamilton The Grapeseed Ice Curls you can easily get 4-5 days out of it. The hold is strong, but your hair feels moisturized and the definition is still there. The Grapeseed one has marshmallow root and almond oil in it too. The shine is INSANE!
Hey Nae...I thought it was just me...but I got the entire line and was not impressed either....the leave in seems toooo thick to absorb in my hair and the gel leaves my hair dull looking. I do like the overnight conditioner and the butter i didnt bother tryin😔. I wanted to like this line but so far the pom &honey line seems to work best for my 4c hair.

I just used it today it's okay but the best product that curls my type 4 hair is photogenic hair gel nothing beats that gel.

I love the smell and packing but the products itself didn't do much for me. The cream styler was moisturizing but also felt greasy on my hair. I'll stick to the pomegranate and honey.

I’ve used this collection (the leave in conditioner, the butter and the gel) it’s just bland. It dropped at the wrong time of year, that glycerin and this heat was a no, the gel hold was minimal, the butter was not the one, & the leave in was easily the only thing I’ve used more then twice.

Whats your hair type? Cause mine looks just like yours...but after I get mosturizers in my hair and it dries it looses its curl definition but I don't really like using gels unless I'm slicking my hair down. Any recommendations other than gel to define my curls even after its dried?

I have 4c hair and I was very disappointed with this line. I got absolutely NO moisture!! In fact I feel like it dried my hair out. It smells amazing but that’s about it! I’ll stick with the pomegranate and honey line and the mongongo line
