I watched your motivational videos a few months ago. At the same time I’ve been watching multiple WordsofRizdom podcasts. I’ve watched your whole podcast with him, taking down notes during that interview and then you said in that interview that you’ve been creating motivational videos. I clicked on your channel because he had it linked in his info section and realised you’re the one posting them motivational videos that I’ve been watching the past half a year. Then you post this lecture explaining what you’ve been talking about in the podcast and it’s starting to click with me. I’ve been on the ICT journey for so long and I feel like I’m almost there and this video really helped me out. I’ve watched it once straight through and second time taking down notes. I want to say if I’m the only one taking down notes to your videos so be it. You’re helping me out. A LOT. Make more videos like this pls. I almost have it I feel it. I understand the MMMs and ERL/IRL and how to get the bias. I’m just stuck on the time aspect of it. Could you go deeper into the timings? The 90 minute cycles? What timeframe is best to find POIs? Am so appreciative of this video brother, I believe I was the one who asked you for a full breakdown of the time based cycles as you highlighted them on Riz podcast on X and am glad you finally delivered and you definitely delivered perfectly hopefully you can make this a series because as much as some of us can see anticipate and catch these trades but it would add so much confidence in knowing the time aspect behind them taking place and for me personally it would make a great difference on my edge hopefully there can be a free indicator that one can utilize with this understanding because at times one can forget time aspect cycle by cycle when you're already in the overall killzone and hopefully you can expand on connecting the traditional killzones with the micro time cycles to make them part of one flow of data into the market without having to think alot about checking time and focus on price while on the background you know what to likely see next based on time, in a nutshell for a close follow of your work am simply saying please don't judge yourself we need these long videos again from you especially now specifically on these time based cycles, you're the best ICT disciple thus far in my observation keep shining the light today just had to comment thank you so much Zeussy*****
Price must be at a specific price on a specific time, otherwise he would not anticipate the Big candles. That is why time distortion take place, and then Big candles. Those ranges must be fixed, if they would run in constant volatility, the markets would not exist...

Hi Zeussy. I saw that interview and LOVE your descriptions! I hate to be critical, as your English is infinitely better than my Scandinavian or Dutch. But that said, might you be able to enunciate with focus on slowing down a bit on larger more complex words, separating words more clearly, and really emphasizing the consonants ? I want to make sure I don’t miss anything you say, but sometimes it’s just darn near impossible to discern what you just said (phrases including “market maker model” seem to be particularly at risk of being undecipherable). Thanks a bunch and love hearing your lectures regardless!
Ok one problem here.The quarterly theory uses 90 min cycle from 6 to 7:30 and 7:30 to 9:00 am and so on for the rest of NY am and pm session .....but you using 7to 8:30 as ist quarter So basically

Awesome.... this makes so much sense. @zeussy do you only use the 1M chart?. I know the price is fractual... but using th 90min cycle you wont see the same price action on a 15min... the 1m is so quick... i wonder if a 5 can work too

What are the London 90 minute cycle times? If the opening price starts at 0:00 it’s doesn’t line up to your 7:00am start of the first 90 minute cycle.
