Try going into your phone settings -> apps -> all apps -> play store. Force stop playstore from here and also, clear the cache. If the playstore still shows the error message, clear the cache for the google play services too. If that doesn’t seem to work either, lemme know.
Beelink has a really old version of playstore ... You never really get an update for the box.. but if you want to do it manually you will need to root your box ... Download , The root File manager .. Do you want to root your box?
