I always seem to cry watching these, because it almost doesn't feel real. This is my team, I saw every single game and every move that was made that brought us to that moment when the boys are jumping on the bench because they knew they won. But they won it together. It doesn't get better than this. They deserve those beautiful rings
i fully agree! the avalanche aren’t only so fun and good to watch them as people and now they are to each other makes everything so much better
I too saw every game, most on TV, but was at Ball Arena for Cale Makar breaking the franchise record for goals by a D-man, so I can always say I saw them live the year he won the Norris the Smythe and the Cup

@@keerahrah05 very cool, I live 4 hours from Denver so I don’t get to go to many games, but an altitude employee is a family friend and they gifted us some great seats for my birthday

Watching these boys this year was special. I got deployed to Iraq right before game 5 of the finals. Was able to watch games 5 and 6 on AFN and the feeling of watching the boys hoist the cup while on the other side of the world was surreal. Really wish I could have been home in Colorado for the Parade! Good season guys! cant wait for the banners to be raised!
Seeing these dudes win the cup was literally one of the top happiest moments in my entire life. I couldn't believe it. I was living in DC at the time, and I had to be awake at 4am for work, but I was up at midnight/1am absolutely screaming my F*cking head off celebrating. Wish I could go to the banner raising game tomorrow, but tickets are SO expensive :/
My jaw still drops every time I see that Cale Goal on McFluery in OT. Like. Dude..
Last year was special. Probably one of the greatest experiences of my life was watching Game 4 of the Western Conference Final at the Ball Arena watch party. The energy in that building was pretty much like if the game was happening on the ice right in front of us. I’ll never forget it.

Tears and goosebumps all over. This team really means a lot to me. My wife really got into hockey last season, which is so fun when your team wins so many games. During the finals, when the final second ticked away, I remember hugging my daughter so hard and spinning her around in the air like she was five again. She's fifteen and was standing next to me for the entire game, no way we could sit. Thank you Avalanche for all of the memories last season, on the ice with the team, and at home with my family.

I was at work during game 6 of both the blues and lightening series. I was listening to all of the games and man I went insane! Like my mom and I had tears in our eyes and it still gives me goosebumps

I had tears streaming down my face when the AVS won the cup for the 3rd time! I have watched the AVS from their first season in Denver and I love this team! These guys deserved the Stanley Cup!

I remember falling in love with this team back in 01 when they won it all, the logo, the colors, the fans. The pain of those bad years, the back to back game 7 loses... I felt MacKinnons pain when he said those memorable words. Watched every moment of the Playoffs. I absolutely love y'all each and everyone of y'all deserve it. Last season was spectacular for this Avs Team. It is going to be so tough to return/repeat this coming season.
They lost a lot of that depth that helped them get over that hump. Just in Kadri, Burkovsky, Murray, Strum and not to mention their starting goalkeeper in Kemper. Im interested in seeing how this team comes back after being so dominate last year. They were a un stoppable force in the Playoffs last year and it definitely showed on the Ice.
How sweet back to back Cups would be.

Great video. Shows how hard it is to win and that a million things have to go your way to get to the top. Wish you would have used Chris Cuthburt's call (CBC) for the last clip. Give me goosebumps every time I hears it, and the US version was a dud.
