Yes, agreed. I have that one also, it's 40x30x25. If you don't have space for two dedicated tools, that one will do the job.

Yes, I think you can use it for that. I do clean vacuum cleaner filters with it.

Sadly, you need an Einhell battery. But, maybe you can buy an adapter.
Does it work for pc cleaning?
Well, not ideal as it could create a static charge, not being designed for cleaning electronics.
