Hi there is a difference between the DNA and RNA Qubit assays. The HS RNA assay uses 630/680, whereas the DNA kits use 490/525 from what I recall. On page 7 of this manual you can see where they refer to the 630/680 wavelengths for the RNA HS kit. assets.thermofisher.com/TFS-Assets/LSG/manuals/Qubit_RNA_HS_Assay_UG.pdf
