I relate to the diet thing too. I’m gluten free, dairy free and sugar free and sucks being Italian and can’t eat certain foods.

This is a wonderful video. I really indentified with what Megan said about the fear and then being stuck in that. Hope is what helped me. Still working on completing the not broken part.

Thanks Dan for posting this. Great to hear Megans story. I too have Spondylolisthesis and have been dealing with pain for over 10 years. I'm thinking TMS is my way out but cant get passed the first hurdle that i have a structual pain as it corrosponds to the locations the impinged nerve route runs. Im heading down the TMS path regardless but the structual this keeps playing on my mind. Thanks again. Success storys give me hope for the future.

I understand the cause for concern, but as Dr. Sarno pointed out decades ago, we all have abnormalities in our imaging studies. But they are "normal abnormalities". ua-cam.com/video/rT9b2qavcAo/v-deo.html

Thanks Dan, I've done the checklists before and are in the TMS realm so I have over the last weeks been giving it my best shot. I'd be lying though if I said I had no doubt. So I continue regardless of the doubt as all other paths are dead ends. Thankyou for your absolute conviction...its an inspiration to me.

@@tonyfletcher1718 The results being in the TMS realm are proof. If pain behaves like TMS, then that's what it is. You are in the right place.

Another really good one, thanks Megan and Dan. Can I ask, in terms of not worrying about symptoms, what can I do about muscle fatigue? I get to the point where if I don’t sit/lie down I will fall down. Is it just a case of baby steps? Do a bit more than usual, talk to my brain, calm myself etc?

Thank you for this interview. How do I get in touch with you or about more information about this? I’ve had an anal fistula that was fixed but now I have stuff going on with my pelvic floor and trouble with bowel movements.

      Foundational Information:
      Watch the video at: PainFreeYou.com
Take the pain test: DanBuglio.com/paintest - a score over 29 means you have TMS / Perceived Danger Pain
Watch the video about Perceived Danger Pain: ua-cam.com/video/tnU6KBAv5fg/v-deo.html
Now you know what is causing pain. Next step is moving towards how to TEACH the brain to turn it off. Since perceived danger is what turns pain on, teaching safety is the solution. ua-cam.com/video/5SsKnAgAvnY/v-deo.html
      Getting more help:
Individual coaching: DanBuglio.com/coaching - I am booked solid for approximately 4-6 weeks in advance.
Group Coaching and Course: PainFreeYou.com/join - you can begin this any time. The course will be available instantly and the next weekly group coaching is no farther away than the upcoming Wednesday.
At minimum, watch my free daily coaching videos at DansUA-cam.com. A new video posts daily at 5am NYC Time zone. Many are getting better implementing the concepts taught in my free videos. ua-cam.com/users/PainFreeYouvideos

Does anyone suffer from digestion issues here ? Like Gastrisis .. what do you do when you have flare ups ? I am doing my very best to apply the principles Dan .. I was doing great for the last two months .. I thought I finally recovered but here I am with a crazy flare up again .. 🥺🙈

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  2 роки тому +4

The best way to respond to a flare up is calmly. Reassure yourself. Stress suppresses the digestive system. Stressing out about something likely caused by stress is like pouring gasoline on a fire and wondering why it won't go out. Soothe. Calm. It's just stress and TMS. It's temporary.
