Our kitty Isabelly is a Daddys Girl, but my husband started having only me feed her and its helped our bonding actually! I even bought the Churu treats and always have a bag of dry ones handy as well to feed her by hand, it has seemed to help foster positive association with me being The Food God as my husband puts it haha. My husbands cat loved me until they moved in wither me. Then he got sassy. So what I found out was that I had to give him treats food and water solely for six months with out my husband doing it. That worked perfect and he stopped being sassy and became the love bug he always was. He just passed away in early February at the age of twenty two.

I had a cat a couple of years ago and she passed when she was 21 and if she had lived to April cause that was her Birthday she would have been 22 yrs old. Imagine you are standing there in front of Andre the giant and instead of patting you on the back for something from the side he reaches out towards your face with a hand large enough to cover or squeeze your head until it pops. That is the problem. She should stick to petting the cat from the side or back and not reach into its face. My previous cat took several years before he trusted me with the reach like that.
I watched your video yesterday and it just seems like Kurt hasn't really established a bond of trust yet. The best thing to do is for your fiancee to spend as much bonding time as possible. Also let him approach her on her own terms

You have to give them an entire day alone together. It's just like with little kids : they'll never bond with you if they know they can get to mom in the room right next door.
You have to spend time with a cat, they grow to love you and vice versa, especially the women, am I jealous, nah, it's an animals nature thing, I'm glad I'm a tomcat 😸🐈🕊️✌️

I grew up around cats my whole life, my late Grandmother Raised and Bred Siamese Kittens and in fact I was given one in Betty Lou's last litter. Look my point is Kurt will eventually come around but you can't force it. Give it some time and you might be quite surprised at the results 😺😸😹🐱😾😽😼
P.S. You can try and *bribe* Kurt with foods and treats but he's going to see through it. See my Mom adopted my Kitten because my Dad hated or was allergic to cats and she renamed my female Siamese Kitten, Topaz. And at first I was mad at my Mom and Dad and Topaz and I became enemies but eventually she came around to jumping into my lap and having a "talk" so you simply can't force it.
